Beautiful open floorplan three-bedroom home with a breathtaking water view. It is located in the lovely Burnt Store Isles community. The home is beautifully decorated with coastal charm. It has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. The lanai area includes a lounger, dining area, heated enclosed pool, and barbecue. This area is great for swimming, sunbathing, grilling, relaxing, or just enjoying the waterfront view. It is conveniently located less than 1.5 miles from a grocery store (Publix), Walgreens, and HomeDepot. It is also close to the downtown area, historical district, and Fisherman's Village.
The house is newly furnished and includes:

This was our second extended stay at this very comfortable and roomy home. Hosts are great, responsive to every inquiry. Location is a perfect combination of quiet residential neighborhood and close to everything Punta Gorda has to offer.

Burnt Store Isles

Had a great stay at this wonderful home in February. House was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was convenient to everything. Our hosts, David and Jenny, were quick to respond to our questions and made sure we were ok with everything. Hope to come back here next year.

A great place to relax

A perfect location for our two-month vacation- away from the busy highways in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Punta Gorda. The house has a great floor plan, and the pool and lanai are good spots for relaxing. Our hosts were immediately responsive to our questions. We would certainly check availability of this property if we return to the Punta Gorda area again.

Most Relaxing vacation Ever

A beautiful home with a lanai leading to the heated pool, situated on a beautiful canal, in an up scale neighborhood. I have stayed in many places in Florida, and by far this was the most quiet , relaxing and enjoyable places we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The landlords were extremely responsive and very generous with their bikes, kayaks, even fishing poles. I give this vacation a 5 star rating.

A Renter's Dream

This property is a renter's dream, beginning with the friendliness and quick responsiveness of the owners, to the clean and well-appointed home that offered us so many ways to enjoy our stay. Imagine our delight when we first arrived and were greeted by a "welcome to our home" gift basket from the owners, filled with kitchen and laundry supplies, along with edible treats and a personal welcome note from the owners. The home is nicely decorated and very spacious. It's located in a quiet neighborhood that offered us daily walking and biking opportunities. The owners were very generous in allowing us to use their wide assortment of bikes housed in the garage. The kitchen was well-supplied with lots of cooking pans and utensils to prepare meals. The coffee bar was well-stocked and, having a tea kettle available for those that prefer tea over coffee, was a nice touch. A personal favorite was the refrigerator with the "see through quick access door" to access the beverages. Our favorite spot was out on the covered lanai, where we ate all of our meals, looking out at the quiet canal that occasionally entertained us with jumping fish. Who needs a beach when we had our own screened-in pool and sunning area, minus the sand! The location was perfect as we were just 5 minutes away from a Publix and 15 minutes away from downtown Punta Gorda, where a free parking garage is available. Some of our favorite discoveries in the area: Fisherman's Village (eating, shopping, boat cruise), Harbor Walk, breakfast bagel sandwiches at LMB Bagel, Pizza Gorda, the best ice cream at Zoet Sweets, the Farmer's Market, and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. We loved Punta Gorda!

Wonderful House

Owners are amazing! The house is exceptionally well laid out and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the views of the canal from inside the house and the lanais. Pool was heated and kids loved it. Highly recommend renting this house.

Absolutely super

We spent 5 weeks at Jenny and David's home. The home is in a peaceful, very safe neighborhood and it fully met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully well decorated and had everything we needed. The linens and towels were of good quality, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. The pool was perfect and the view over the intercoastal waterway was very peaceful and relaxing. My wife and I also played golf regularly at the Twin Isles Golf & Country Club which was just 2 minutes away by car.. Having a Publix supermarket within 3 minutes was also very convenient. We unreservedly recommend this home.
