Be the first to rent this Incredible custom built home. Simply the best quality materials from "Sullivan Homes". This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is loaded with all the comforts of home including a large oversized lanai with a heated salt water pool & spa with led lighting! Custom built dock on the water with a real Seminole Indian built Tiki Hut. This Tiki Hut also has a special plexiglass cut in window with an underwater fish light so you can sit outside at night with a cocktail watching the fish swim around underneath! Luxurious master suite located on its own side of the house with a large walk in roman shower that has his/hers multiple shower heads and a jet tub to so soak in after a great day at the beach. All bedrooms have 50" wall mount smart TV's and Bluetooth radio alarm clocks. The custom family room with 14ft tray ceilings has a huge 70" flat screen with sound bar/subwoofer as well as a led fireplace. Ice cold air conditioning, Satellite tv and Super fast Wi-Fi for all your devices are just a few of the great amenities this home offers.
The oversized screened in lanai with giant picture window has a fabulous view of the tiki hut and water. The lanai has a sitting/eating area with dinning table for 6 and multiple loungers to soak up the sun or just relax with a book by the pool. For the chef at heart we have a Victory griddle and also an outdoor pizza oven to make your outdoor cooking fantastic. With a touch of a button the motorized privacy screens come down and make your swimming time more private and enjoyable. As if that wasn't good enough... You can fire up the outdoor projector at night and watch family movies outside on the big screen!! Everything in this home is brand new and state of the art. Nancy has loaded up the kitchen with everything you could ever need or want for making drinks, cooking and eating. Every bathroom has hair dryers, towels, facecloths and toilet paper. Weather it's a fishing trip, golf trip with the guys, ladies weekend get away or a family vacation we will make your stay a luxurious memorable one!!

The house was AMAZING!! Just gorgeous! It had everything you could possibly need, plus some. I love that they had a stocked pantry so you don't have to buy the little extras for your vacation. Eddie (the host) was also so, so great to work with. So responsive and friendly! We'd love to stay here again!!

Amazing getaway!

Highly recommend and will return! We visited for a long weekend with friends. The place had everything we needed. House is even prettier than the photos. Saw a gator, 2manatee and caught a blue crab off the dock. Hosts were very responsive. Such a fun weekend:)

Awesome Stay!

This property was perfect for our Guys Fishing Trip! After 10 hours on the water, this home was great to come back to. From the pool to the large and comfortable living area with huge tv, we were able to rest and relax! We liked having our own bedrooms and bathrooms too. Eddie was responsive and accommodating to a couple requests as well. Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations and if you want a fabulous vacation home too, you will not be disappointed!

Tiki Hut - truly paradise!!

We had the most wonderful vacation! The weather was perfect, but the house is what made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment we walked in we were in awe and immediately noticed how amazing the home smelled (sounds weird, but it was so welcoming and calming!). The Tiki Hut was spotless and exceeded our expectations. Eddie thought of everything when stocking the home for his guests, including plenty of towels, kitchen accessories, fishing poles, floats for the pool and everything you would need for beach days too! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. My teenage girls each had their own bathroom which was perfect! We have zero complaints and will certainly visit again! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us and making our family vacation such a memorable one! We didn’t want to leave!

Even better than the pictures!

This home has a “wow” factor when you first walk in. It’s cozy and beautiful. I liked the functionality of the home - once the sliding doors are open, the pool, porch, kitchen and living room all become one space, perfect for spending time as a family. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and afternoon drink in the tiki hut right on the water. We fished, we swam, we relaxed in the hot tub. Overall many wonderful memories made in this home. I would definitely return.

The great escape!

Beautiful house with all the amenities a family could ask for. Quiet neighborhood, and a perfect place to escape the real world. Our family loved the pool and hot tub, and the kids loved playing video games and watching movies on the projector screen by the pool. Highly recommended, and we hope to return next summer!

Our family loved staying at the tiki hut vacation home! We spent most of our time in the pool & hot tub which are amazing! We also enjoyed the fishing dock! Rooms are well furnished & beds are so comfortable! Everything you could need provided as well as extras! Hosts go above & beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect! Great communication & quick response time if you have to contact them for any reason. Home is centrally located so easy to drive to several great beaches & attractions! Grocery stores & restaurants close by as well. Would love to stay again in the future!

Tki Paradise is Right!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this new, clean Beautiful Home!! Everything you needed, and didn't know you needed was available for use and was well taken care of! We enjoyed Beautiful views and wildlife and the fantastic pool and spa! Eddie made us feel comfortable with all the kitchen amenities and outdoor grill setup in the lanai! The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful, especially the Suite!! We truly appreciate the attention to detail that the owner has taken at this lovely home and we look forward to returning soon!!

Staying at Tiki Hut Paradise was very relaxing. The residence provided all the amenities you could imagine. Our communication with the owners was prompt and kind.
