Este hermoso edificio boutique está perfectamente mantenido y alberga solo 18 unidades de condominio, ubicadas justo en el golfo de México. ¡Nuestra unidad # 403 ha sido recientemente redecorada y tiene una nueva cocina también! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con un colchón nuevo que es muy cómodo. Hay un montón de almacenamiento y grandes lavadoras y secadoras de ropa disponibles sin cargo. Las vistas desde esta unidad del cuarto piso son maravillosas, pero pasará la mayor parte del tiempo en la playa o en uno de los muchos restaurantes excelentes ubicados a poca distancia. También hay 10 pozos de agua locales para visitar en la playa. Verdaderos chiringuitos a los que se accede desde la playa. Este edificio es único y muy seguro. ¡Nunca querrás irte!

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our week long stay. Place is clean and has everything you need. Beach is close and food is also close. People were nice and friendly and place was well maintained.

If you’re looking for a sleepy, relaxing place to vacation, this is it! Great place. Comfortable bed. Close proximity to Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. Would love to visit again! Rent beach chairs next door- affordable and with a beach bar right there!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was just as described. A beautiful location right on the beach. Loved the quiet of this property. Perfectly appointed, comfortable bed and two nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and never crowded. Really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.

Weekend Stay

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay and were pleased with services. After having a slight mix up with check-in, the staff was accommodating and apologetic. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, wash clothes, blankets, and kitchen utensils to use. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and an amazing view to wake up to. We would definitely come back and stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a small complex with easy access to the beach. It was disappointing that the LR window (centerpiece view of the gulf) had a broken seal and was hazed over. We loved how many attractions were within walking distance. We will be back!!!

Thank you for staying in our condo. We have a replacement window on order and because of the holidays, will be installed on Jan 8th. It is top priority to say on top of things and keep a well maintained condo. We are glad you stayed and enjoyed your stay and are sorry we couldn't have the window repaired prior to your visit. Beautiful complex and unit!

we have been staying at St Pete Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The management was so nice and accommodating. We already booked for next year!

Don't stay

The place had ants. The kitchen counter was wiped down several time and they kept coming back. The hall bath every time you went in there they were on the soap. Stayed one night of three scheduled and left. would expect a two night refund.

Hi Teri, I'm sorry you chose to check out of the condo early. If you had reached out to me before checking out, you would have learned that the entire condo building had preventative treatment for sugar ants the day before you arrived. After you checked out, the management staff went up to the unit and found no ants. To be doubly sure, the exterminator was called and came out the same day. They found nothing and sprayed my unit again. If you look at past reviews, you will see that we keep a very clean condo.

Wonderful location

The unit is in a great location with the beautiful beach area. With a side view of the beach and supplied with most of the essential needs. The shower’s in bath restrooms could use some deep scrubbing and/or replacement of tile work but overall satisfied with the unit and the grounds. We plan on returning and hopefully renting an oceanfront unit next trip.

We are from the western suburbs of chicago and have been coming to St Pete Beach for the last six years. Friends of ours moved out here and told us how beautiful it was. After the first time we came, we fell in love with the vibe and knew this was where we wanted to come to get out of the cold. We finally made the jump to buy a place of our own and hope that every one of our guests enjoys the area as much as we have.

This building is special in that it is one of the nicest right on the beach and it is located in the middle of everything AND all within walking distance! There is a wide variety of things to do from great restaurants, walk up beach bars, coffee shops, sunset and dolphin cruises, and more.
