Villa Rosa is located in the northern part of the island, in its most unspoiled area, a few hundred meters from the sea as the crow flies. In the Son Parc neighborhood, it sits at the end of a quiet street surrounded by vegetation (forest and scrubland). In the immediate vicinity of the house is Menorca’s only golf course, the GR Cami de Cavalls trail, and, a few kilometers away, the Albufera Nature Reserve. Also just a few minutes’ drive away are the small ports of Addaia and Fornells, where many water sports are available, as well as the beaches of Arenal d’en Castell and Arenal Son Saura. Several shops are easily accessible, as well as restaurants and bars. You can also rent bicycles or scooters in Son Parc, boats in Fornells, and there’s a diving club… <br>As for the villa, it features 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, along with a large living-dining room that opens onto a southwest-facing terrace. Outside, there is a private pool, a built-in barbecue, and several seating areas—including a terrace, a chill-out area, and a pergola. In terms of amenities, the house is equipped with air conditioning, an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a safe, a washer, a dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. A ping-pong table is also available. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are, of course, provided. A concierge service is also available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
