Excellent condo

This condo was everything we hoped for & needed. It was well stocked with necessities & was very nicely & comfortably furnished. The owner was instantly responsive when we needed her. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its mountain views. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable unit near Sabino Canyon.

Property was great and owner very responsive. Only negative was that the Pool & hottub were not heated during our stay due to a problem with the natural gas line. ( Not the owners fault and she said she would give us credit on a future stay.)Unit meticulously clean and very well equipped. Would love to come back and stay longer.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice condo in a quiet complex with 30 minutes of downtown tucson. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. If you make it to 4th avenue, try the mexican restaurant on 6th street, next to Lindys for the best barria in town.

Long Weekend Winter Getaway

This property was perfect for our long weekend winter getaway visit to Tucson. Great views from the property. Easy access to the hiking we were looking for, and many great places to eat nearby. We especially appreciated the cupboards and refrigerator was stocked with enough so that we didn’t need to run out to the store every day Vienna stayed in contact and made us feel cared for during our visit Lastly, it was nice not to have a 12 step process in order to checkout at the end of our stay. Definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again soon.

Everything we needed

The condo had everything we needed to settle in for a week. It was just as described. The location was convenient to many restaurants, breweries, and recreation areas such as the Sabino Canyon Recreation area and Saguaro National Park.

The listing described it as new but the appliances, bathrooms were dated. The owner was very responsive to issues around hvac noise and stove issues.

Fabulous place!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo. The location was great and central to everything we wanted to do. The heated pool was a great treat after a day of hiking. The beds were so comfortable, too!

Believe The Ratings - They Are 100% Accurate

Having stayed at numerous BNB type of residences over the years, I've seen the worst and the best. This location reset the bar for excellence. Everything about this place rates a 5+!! The location and views are outstanding. It's cleanliness, decor and access to the property's rec center top notch. The utensils, cleaning supplies, and special touches are second to none. Lastly the owner's availability was quick. I felt like we were her top priority. If you pass on this property, you are missing a gem!

Vienna is an Excellent Communicator

This condo was very clean, with a pretty view of the Catalina Mountains from the balcony. The primary bedroom is spacious and has a large walk in closet. The VRBO pictures are very accurate and Vienna responded very quickly to requests. The condo is in a densely populated gated community but I can honestly say there were no problems with noise or traffic. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely love Sabino Canyon and are so lucky to have found this beautiful condo. The owner has created a wonderful retreat for her guests. I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely stay again !

Perfect Location - Spectacular View!

Easy access to parks, hiking, restaurants and groceries. The unit is situated on a high point in the complex and on the second level, which gave us spectacular views of the Catalina mountains! Having 2 balconies gave us the options of morning or afternoon sunshine! The unit is well appointed for an extended stay, and the owner was very communicative on ensuring that we had everything we needed! Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

Very Happy with Rental

A very nice unit in a very nice community. Very close to hiking. Pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle are nice amenities. Check in process was seamless. Unit it furnished for cooking nice meals. I would rent again.

Awesome property

We had the best experience! The condo was clean, well organized, and very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. The only issue we had is that the heater in the master bedroom can be very loud when it kicks on in the mornings. It wasn't a huge deal as the comfortable beds made it very east to fall back asleep. The unit itself is conveniently located across from the tennis/pickleball court and the very well heated pool. Everyone in the unit is very friendly. The location is awesome being a mile away from great hiking/running trails. This was our first time visiting Tucson and we didn't know what to expect. Having a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day was amazing. We found Tucson to be family and pet friendly, laid back, and outdoorsy. I don't often say this about a vacation rental, but I definitely want to come back and stay here again.
