Enjoy Mountain views, Split Bedroom floor plan 2 bedroom/2ba Top Floor End Unit Condo, Private Hiking Trails Access, Expansive Balcony with Screens. After a day of hiking enjoy 2 Heated Pools / Jacuzzis, Outdoor Grill, Exercise Facilities and Tennis/pickleball Court!! We love animals and would love to talk about you bringing your fur baby(ies).
Close to Major Eateries, Upscale Shopping and Outdoor Adventures. All this tucked away in a private setting! Come enjoy your Home away from Home! Easy check in and out. No chores except to remove food/food trash. (21415316) This is the desert. There are bugs, dust and wildlife. We ask that doors remain closed for this reason

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was amazing: the rooms, the pool, tennis court, and proximity to Ventana Canyon hiking. Little touches like the decor and coffee/tea were very nice. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. We will definitely try to stay at this property again!

This is a great getaway from everyday. We came down from Phoenix so it was a short ride. The home was beautifully appointed, very clean and charming. The canyon and the mountains are stunning.

Great stay. Well equipped, comfortable, and very nicely located at base of Catalina mts. Trail access out your door and within minutes of all services. Owners very helpful. Would stay again.

Catalina foothills location is the absolute best!!!!!

The southwest decor I literally could not get over how cute this place was. Checking in and out was seamless. There are SOOOOO many extra pillows and blankets, which really made it feel like home for the week. Stunning location to see the mountains, take a dip in the pool, and experience the majestic, monsoons. If I could give this place more stars I would. I will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful condo in the Catalina Foothills

Susan and Garth provided us with a beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped condo to enjoy the Tucson area. We really enjoyed the patio and the area was good for hiking/walking. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Peaceful Desert Oasis

Great foothills location with super views. This unit is on the second floor and further back so very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed using the pool and tennis courts. The assigned parking spot made parking a breeze.Nice interior furnishings and everything worked great. We would stay here again.

Visit to Catalina Foothills

Beautiful condo with gorgeous decor. 5 minutes away from our son. Susan was wonderful answered us immediately when we needed some minor assistance. Helped us out when we thought we left some of our belongings there. Could not ask for a better host.

Great stay

The unit is very well taken care of and very well decorated. We really loved all the southwestern artwork and furniture. This is a great location, with the Ventana trail just out the back door. Susan and Tony were excellent hosts and made check-in and check-out very easy. Much appreciated

Best Weekend Getaway

SUCH a gorgeous property and location. Easy to get to, second story, corner lot, so much privacy. So quiet. The condo was SO luxurious. The most comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows in the master. The condo was also RIGHT on the canyon trails. Every morning we went for a hike either, left through the canyon or right towards the resort to see the waterfall and grounds. We loved it so much. Far enough away to forget where we are, but close enough to town if you want to remember. ;) We're locals and would absolutely stay there again to escape the hustle and bustle for a weekend. Thank you Susan and Garth!

Perfect place for friends

Very lovely condo. Nice furnishings and conveniences like coffee bar. We are owners at Canyonview but needed a bit of extra room. My friends loved their stay.

Susan and I(Tony) were high school sweethearts that reconnected over 8 years ago. Lived in San Diego prior to coming to Tucson area and the city of Oro Valley. We have 4 fur babies and enjoy hiking, walking, bike riding, and travel. We are very outgoing and like meeting new people hearing about them and their stories! We hope you enjoy our Condo and hope to hear stories from you as well!

Free WiFi, Roku for those that stream, Office with Printer and Fax Machine, TV's in both Bedrooms and the Family Room, Spacious Balcony with screens and views with ceiling fan to help you unwind and relax!
