Great location, comfortable stay

Everything was just was we were hoping for! Clean, modern, beautiful beach view, and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, lots of glasses, plates, etc. I liked the extra bath towels - nice touch. The pool was great - big enough where it never felt crowded and we always had a chair. Location was walkable to several amazing restaurants plus the grocery store and target. We would definitely return!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

What a beautiful condo that overlooks the gorgeous beach and gulf waters. The unit was clean, well stocked, had plenty of room for our family, and is in the perfect location to all Destin has to offer. The included beach set-up (two chairs and an umbrella) is an added bonus. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

Spacious and perfect!

We traveled with 4 children ages 11-16 and this was perfect for our needs. The condo was spacious and clean, as well as very close to the beach for access. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Weekend trip

We travelled to Destin for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay here. Construction was done on our building and it was easy to park, quiet and easy to get to the beach. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Sept 2023 stay for 6 days :)

Great place to stay, easy check-in, pictures were exactly what it looked like, there was construction going on but was no problem. Hopefully another stay in the future & would chpose this same place! Recommended 🙌 Harr/Cross family

Good location, out of date condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and beach service was very nice. The condo was not. The furniture in the family room and kitchen had to be 10-15+ years old and uncomfortable and dirty. The kitchen table and chairs old, damaged and mismatched. The bedroom headboards are broken but still behind the beds. There was a drawer missing in the dresser. Floors are very old, cracked and grout is stained after years of neglect and wear. The kitchen is basic but with a good fridge. There is not even salt, pepper, shampoo, nothing at all extra for guests at the most basic or generic convenience. Considering the extremely high price I paid for three nights, it was not worth it. We were both dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality and aesthetic of this high priced unit.

Perfect stay

What a wonderful surprise to have found this condo. For full disclosure, it was at a discounted rate due to construction during non-quiet hours but we were never disturbed. The property owners responded quickly to our inquiries ahead of time & HUGE surprise was that one set of beach chairs & umbrella was included. The property was quiet, conveniently located on the beach and our stay mid-September greeted us with unpopulated beaches. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable with updated bathrooms. My sister commented that some of the furniture is slightly dated but who cares? It’s the beach. A multitude of Destin & Miramar restaurants and shops were a quick drive. Definitely recommend this place!

First time to Destin

The property outside looked rough. Didn’t know what I got myself into. Inside was better. Condo was clean. View was better than expected of ocean. Security was not in booth until day 3 when we were then informed we needed a pass to park and were given a map of property, we thought that was funny. Loved being able to pull close to the elevator to load or unload in rain.

it was just okay!!

The condo was nice and clean!! The building is under construction and it’s a mess!!! Parking was horrible! Being close to beach was great but you had to walk around a bunch of construction to get to the entrance to the beach!! Just wish we had known about the remodeling before booking!😟
