Looking for a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome all to yourself? Look no further! This stylishly decorated house features modern mid-century decor and comes equipped with two 55-inch smart TVs.

The space

Our recently updated home is designed to meet all your needs during your stay. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with plenty of parking space in the long driveway and one-car garage. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and complimentary coffee are provided. All mattresses are new, highly-rated memory foam mattresses from Amazon, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The high-speed Xfinity internet connection is ideal for work or family travel. Our home is conveniently located near all the attractions that Cartersville has to offer. Key features include:
• 10 miles to LakePoint Sports (18 minutes)
• 3 miles to Cartersville Medical Center (6 minutes)
• 5 miles to Tellus Science Museum (9 minutes)
• 4 miles to I75 (9 minutes)

Great stay

Our stay was great, communication with the host excellent. Check in/out pricess was easy.We came for a tournament at LakePoint, which is 17 minutes away, Walmart is 6 minutes away, other restaurants and shops are within a 10-15 minute ride.The rooms were very clean, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. We found this condo and we were extremely happy with the location, the space and the comfort of this rental.

Townhouse

The townhouse was very clean, nicely furnished and in a quite area of town. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were good quality. The owner was very attentive to any questions I had. If my family comes back in town, I would love to stay here again.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint and were so pleased. Lee communicated with us every day and made sure we were satisfied. The check in and check out process was seamless. The house was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Very Misleading and Disappointing

We travelled to LakePoint and chose this condo by the reviews and pictures. We were not happy with this decision. There were many issues with the condo. Including being in a less than desirable location. We tried to move to a hotel but there was nothing available. Here are the main issues:First and foremost the upstairs never cooled down, no matter what the downstairs temp was the upstairs was very warm (we went to Target and bought fans), the front stairs are very steep and not in very good shape, the front door frame was very loose and seemed unsafe, the smoke detector downstairs had no battery in it, the back deck was unusable because of the spider webs and being very dirty, the toilet upstairs ran continuously, the coffee maker did not work, there were lots of bugs, the garage was full of bugs, lastly the electrical outlet in the family room sparked. The overall cleanliness of the condo was fine but that was only on the surface. We will not be staying here again. The owner was prompt in telling me that the air upstairs would cool down but it never did.

Great place

We have a good experience at this place. Home was beautiful and clean. Really liked the covered packing as well. The fenced in backyard was a plus as well. Only 1 suggestion, due to the stairs and kid room (bunk beds) having a baby gate that can be checked out or borrowed, even for a small coat. Just giving parents with littles one less thing to remember to pack. Another suggestion would be to have (available for checking out/and not is a high chair and pack in play.

In area for baseball

Came to the area for our grandsons baseball tournament. Perfect area to drive to all his games on various fields. Only issue we had was trying to get code to get into home. Would definitely stay here again if travel in the future to area for baseball. THANKS LI!

Lovely updated townhome

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! All of the decor and furniture was updated, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows were nice touches that made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
