The host was so great to deal with the house is very big and fit. Our group perfectly my three-quarter ton Ford pick up was able to fit in the garage this place had a very nice and big kitchen/dining room. It was located in a very nice peaceful neighborhood. We had coffee on the porch in the mornings and watch the tugboats go by on the river. The beds were clean very comfortable. Bathrooms were big With very nice showers We will definitely be staying here again on my next journey through Nashville.

BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!

This house has everything you need and more! The master retreat is fantastic, huge bedroom and bath with jetted soaking tub and extra large walk-in closet. Beautifully decorated and very warm homey feeling. Would definitely stay here again! The owners are a great warm welcoming couple!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Great decks & view, especially of nighttime Nashville skyline. Very spacious & comfortable home. Easy to access to downtown Nashville & Ubers. Loads of towels, dishes, kitchen utensils. Excellent host communication!

Weekend in Nashville

We flew into Nashville for a concert and wanted a location that was close to downtown but quiet and laid back. The house is beautiful. You have a beautiful view of the river and city. Angela was an excellent and helpful host. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great view, lots of space, super amenities

Beautiful view of downtown Nashville, especially at night. The Cumberland River is right off the back deck and we enjoyed watching the boats and barges on the river. The neighborhood is quiet. The owners were very responsive to our requests and checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house has LOTS of amenities... I cannot think of anything else we might have wished for.

Absolutely stunning!

This home derserves nothing shy of a 5 star rating! From the property itself to the home owners everything was amazing. The home owners were very welcoming and easy to talk to and helped to make our experience in Nashville one we will never forget! The home was super clean and very spacious and downtown was easy to get to with Uber’s/ Lyft’s always right around the corner. We came with a big group and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We definitely would stay here again next time we come to Nashville. This place is not one you want to pass up!!

Worth the wait!

We had this beautiful home reserved for months, and then our flight was cancelled to Nashville. We were so looking forward to Nashville that we decided to drive the 650 miles. It was worth it! This was a great property for our family, and it was an easy 10 minutes to Broadway!! Well worth it!

First time using VRBO - I give this house all top ratings

I would give Angie & the property 20 stars! The house was pristine & set up in such a welcoming way. Every detail was covered. Thank you for having all the soaps & detergents ready for us! Our family felt safe and secure sleeping away from home. The views were fun & we got to see tug boats pushing cargo around. It was very easy to get to Nashville and many fantastic restaurants. Communication with Angie was fast and easy and she was so prompt and friendly in all of her responses. As a new user she helped walk me through all the things of being a renter and using VRBO. Thank you Angie! If I’m ever in the area again I will look for your house first!

Beautifully furnished home with great view of river and Nashville skyline. Watched several barges traverse the river. Convenient location. Only 10 to 15 minutes to Broadway and downtown area. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was as-advertised. Good quiet neighborhood close enough to all the freeways. Check in was easy, plenty of towels and toiletries for our 5 night stay. Definately would stay here again if we came to Nashville.

We really enjoyed this house for our yearly girl's trip. So roomy & pretty. Had everything we needed, even some spices for cooking. Quick ride to downtown and great view from the spacious back deck. Super easy to check in and out, definitely recommend.

Daughter's 21st Girls Trip

This house made our trip! It is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us to sleep comfortably. The house is a short 10 min Uber drive to downtown. We all felt very safe at the home and in the neighborhood and would not hesitate to stay at this same property on our next trip!! Thank you Angela for sharing your amazing home with us:)

By the River in Nashville

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the Cumberland River and scenic view of downtown Nashville. Easy access to the Interstate and only 10-15 minutes downtown. Definitely would stay again in the future. Angie was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and with check-in. Excellent stay.
