This gorgeous property boasts 10+ acres dotted with Oak trees and rolling hills, overlooking magnificent unobstructed panoramic views of vineyards and mountains. Note: This home is 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and has a maximum occupancy of 16. Reviews that state larger occupancies broke house rules by bringing larger groups than we allow. This listing is managed and offered by Hacienda Vacation Rental Services.

Fun place for a milestone birthday weekend

There was a group of 11, aged 10 to 50. Kids had a blast in the pool, with video games and in the movie room. In close proximity to a number of great wineries. Perfect for our large group.

Perfect for a family reunion or a group of couples

We loved using this home as home base for our extended family vacation. It was a great space for us all to be together while also having enough space to have some moments of alone time. Everyone slept well. There is so much to do in that area of California, but we also loved being at “home”, swimming, playing pool or ping pong, playing games, watching movies, cooking, or just conversing. Plus the views are spectacular. What a gem!

Celebration in wine country

We booked Ike’s this home to be in close proximity to our son’s wedding. The home was less than 15 minutes to Rava winery where the event was held. It was the perfect house for our family & friends to spread out & relax for this 3 day event. The property managers were fantastic & responsive. The game room was a treat for our fun group. And the spa/ hot tub was so loved in the mornings & evenings. The views are spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Wedding house

The house is amazing for groups. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms gives everyone plenty of space and lots of room to get ready. The decks all around the house offer magnificent views. We spent a lot of time sitting outside admiring the scenery. The house has enough seating for everyone in the living room and kitchen, which is great if you like to cook and enjoy the home. It has so much more than the website shows. I recommend it for anyone!

Amazing getaway, views and experience!

I planned my sisters bachelorette party in Paso Robles and immediately know this was the house I wanted. It had an amazing pool and SO many wonderfully set up bedrooms. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was a great extra to have since the nights were cooler. It is really secluded and very private. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our group was 5 couples and one single occupancy room, all were great. The downstairs bar area that leads to the pool was perfect for entertaining and hanging out. Plenty of activities for everyone and the owner doesn’t limit the property, which means you have full access. Great communication throughout our trip and will definitely be back.

Great House for Girls Trip!

Absolutely stunning location. Very thoughtfully stocked kitchen. We had a few minor issues that were fixed immediately. So much fun!

Beautiful house with views as far as the eye can see!!!

This house was perfect for our group! Plenty of room to spread out, multiple areas for tv watching, plenty of bathrooms and gorgeous views! Its a bit tricky getting to the house for the first time but after a day or two, we were doing it without the GPS. Not too far from town and close to plenty of wineries!! Would love to stay herr again! Great place!

Outstanding!

Amazing property. Well maintained. We were here with 5 couples and 6 toddlers. Was the perfect getaway and offered plenty of activities and games for toddlers from 2-5. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful country elegance

The property is only about 15 min off the freeway but feels like it’s 100 miles from civilization with a beautiful hilltop views across the Salinas River valley. Very open spacious house with surprises around every corner, from a media room and basement sized man cave to nicely appointed bedrooms and high end finish baths, plus great chefs kitchen. The huge main level deck surrounds the whole north and east side of the house and has stainless steel cable railings to minimize any interruption to the beautiful views. The pool and spa on the lower level (walk out from the man cave basement) were automated for ease of use and great security (full tarp cover on motorized system). Overall a fabulous property for family escape and just general relaxation.

Excellent location

Super clean home. Beautiful area & grounds. Great for 10-12 adults for comfortable sleeping & own bathrooms per couple. Their is one bedroom more appropriate for kids as it was much smaller than other rooms. We didn’t use it. There was not a warning about there being no ice in either freezer but was a small inconvenience compared to house luxurious everything else is. Epic views from multiple directions. We would highly recommend to others.

Better than the pictures!

We had a great time at this house, and would definitely go again. The pictures don't actually do it justice- the house is more grand than it appears here, and there have been some improvements including additional furniture by the pool, in the bedrooms, and the room off of the stairs that has the sofa. It was so nice for all four couple to have a room with a King-sized bed! And there was room for the kids. There is also a cool games shed with ping pong, air hockey and foosball that we used ALOT! It's quite a ways from the highway and a bit isolated, but was perfect for our big group. The kids loved the pool!

Beautiful property for the perfect weekend

Spent a wonderful weekend lounging by the pool for a friends bachelorette. Uber/lyfts aren’t an option here so make sure you setup rides to wineries ahead of time. Would definitely rent this property again.

Gaby’s & Vito’s Wedding

First of all, thank you for the experience. It was Amazing and very relaxing. And it felt very safe. Loved the decorations in every space of the house, loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room. It made it very easy for us to each around the island and dining table while being able to have a conversation as we celebrated my daughters wedding day. Thank you once again.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay at this house in Templeton. The house was spotless upon arrival and had many activities to stay entertained throughout the weekend. One minor surprise is the neighborhood dog Kona that came through the front door on his own. He was very friendly and a pleasant surprise guest.

Amazing property

This property is gorgeous and has absolutely stunning views. We had a group trip for a weekend and with 9 of us there was more than enough room. The spa was lovely and the movie theater was incredible. Nice privacy and just a lovely place. I definitely will return and rent again!

Beautiful villa

The house and the grounds are perfectly maintained. The decor is pleasant and you definitely get a “wow!” reaction when you walk in. It was perfect for my family reunion: every one was comfortable, there was enough space for the together time and for privacy.

Amazing Weekend!

Just got home from an amazing weekend in Templeton! The house was much better than it shows online. We had six couples celebrating a couple of birthdays. The biggest problem was that we should have booked one more day! None of us were ready to leave!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Views!

Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend this house for larger groups. We went down with 6 couples and everyone had their own room with either a queen or king sized bed. The dishwasher could use an upgrade, but other than that, we loved our stay.

Great Weekend

Beautiful property! Very comfortable for lots of socializing, cooking, lounging and gaming! Property Manager was very prompt in all interactions! Can’t wait to come back during the summer to really use the great outdoor space. Note: make sure to bring all your own spices - no “left behinds”. Glasses and plates are mismatched and not up to the high level the rest of the property, but easy to look past. Nice selection of pots & pans!

Fantastic stay for a Paso Robles trip

Had a great time staying at this property over the weekend. We had a few families join us for my wife's 40th birthday to celebrate and it was the getaway that was planned. Ladies got to have a great time going to a spa, having lunch in downtown Paso Robles, and visiting wineries all within very close proximity of each other. Gents and kids had a great time watching movies in the large theatre, enjoying the well stocked kitchen and using the bbq. Everything was clean, pristine, and well taken care of. Beds were all comfortable, and bathrooms very clean. The property manager is very prompt in responses and has provided information in a timely manner whenever a question was asked. This is a place we will definitely look for the next time we want to book a trip to Paso Robles.

Great Place for Large Family

We really enjoyed our stay at the Venice estate! The house was bigger than we expected and very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the kitchen was very limited on cookware, etc. Also the downstairs powder room was very odd.
