The stay here was absolutely amazing the host did an excellent job at answering all of my questions on time. The place was so pretty and clean the beds was super comfortable the balcony was awesome. one of the bedrooms didn’t have a TV maybe that’s something you can look into during.

One of the most accommodating short term rentals I have ever stayed at. They provided anything and everything you could need from plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups, and all the beach supplies you could want! The walk to the beach was super easy and in a secluded area where the beach was not overly crowded. Plenty of room for 7 adults to have have their own space but also be together in common areas. There are a lot of steps in the house if you are bringing small children or older adults it may be difficult. Overall, great experience would for sure stay here again!

Everywhere you look the host provides a little something extra. Spices, coffee, extra paper towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, books, games- I can go on and on. Gives you the feeling the townhouse is yours personally!

A stunning week! We had a great time at Michael and family’s beautiful Fleur-de-Sea house. Completely well-stocked (beach chairs, towels, puzzles, everything needed in the kitchen, etc.) and comfortable, we enjoyed a week at Jax Beach. The beach is so close! It fit our large group perfectly with lots of space for gathering and privacy too. Michael was a very helpful host but once there, we didn't need a thing. Thanks for everything and we hope to return!

The home is spacious and beautiful! There were some nice surprise amenities included (like toiletries). It was in a great location, and short walk to the beach. The outdoor game pictured was broken prior to our arrival, but it wasnt much of an issue given we were so close to the beach and had plenty to do! We would definitely stay again!

Very clean, beautiful home! Close to the beach. Host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler and even a wagon. Everything you would need for your stay! One of the best places we have stayed! Host was easy to work with and very accommodating. Helped us with a booking issue with VRBO in the beginning and even got a crockpot for the house when I asked if they have one. We highly recommend this place!!!!

The condo was exactly as advertised - a very short 5 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, fully equipped for anyone traveling with kids - plenty of beach, chairs, beach towels, sand toys, a sun canopy, and a wagon for transport. They have a pack and play and high chair as well. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely clean and the bathrooms were located on each floor. Great to have a downstairs bathroom with a shower for kids to go right into the shower and clean off. The small decks off the main floor and upstairs bedroom provided a nice place to have a coffee or read a book. Michael was very responsive to any questions I had and got back to me right away.

This was a great property in a location close to the beach. It was stocked with all the kitchen, bath and beach items you need. The master bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The owner was very responsive to our requests. We will be back.I have only one tip to future renters. If you have trouble getting up steps, you may want to rent elsewhere.

Beautifully decorated house complete with all the amenities including a coastal themed Christmas tree that made our family's stay over Christmas a very special holiday memory. The host was accessible with our questions prior to our stay answered including detailed check-in instructions.

Wonderful property

Close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Very comfortable bed and couch. The owner was easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay again!

This house was very clean and comfortable. Had almost everything you could possibly need for the beach and to cook your own meals. The only complaint we had was the hot water not keeping up with 6 guest and somewhat low water pressure. It would be an absolutely perfect house if those two things would improve but other then that you will not be disappointed by this home. The beach is so close and they have everything you could need to take(except for a skin board). The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great on the nice hot and humid days!
