WATERFRONT view! Stunning Bethany Beach House at Sandy Cove. Brand NEW luxury custom built home, finished in Fall of 2020 and newly furnished. 2 Master Bedroom Suites, 3 full baths and 1 half bath and sleeps up to 10 people. Approximately 3000 square feet of living space. 3 HUGE decks to enjoy the stunning sunset. All 4 bedrooms have HDTVs. Incredible open space on the second floor which includes dining room, living room and mounted TV. Sandy Cove has a private dock and an outdoor pool.

Amazing place for family gathering

The house was perfect for a family gathering. The place was incredibly clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient to the beach, groceries, and restaurants. We had a great time and would strongly recommend to others!

Birthday Beach Trip

This beautiful home was the centerpiece of a celebration for my birthday at the beach. It is a quiet location with beautiful views, while close to shopping and beach access. Plenty of room for myself and 4 girlfriends. Will definitely book again!

Very nice townhouse in a great community. Easy drive to public beach. There was parking for extra cars close to unit. Garage was so nice to keep wagons, golf clubs, beach toys. Grocery store, restaurants, fish market close drive from unit.

Fun place to stay in Ocean View

We stayed here with our kids and grandkids for five nights. Everything worked out great! The accommodations were as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the location. We were near grocery stores and places to eat, but off the beaten path. It was also easy to get to Bethany Beach or Rehoboth Beach. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beach area. They loved finding crabs, seeing jellyfish, paddle boarding, and playing in the shallow water and sand at the Sandy Cove beach area. The house had most of what we needed, and we were able to easily get things at nearby stores when needed. Our host was responsive to our questions. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing out on the balcony—great view! We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Lover's Getaway

Anusha was a good, responsive host. This was an excellent place to get away to for the weekend! Super easy check-in, beautiful home (spacious and clean) and ideal location close to beach, food and shopping. The main living space is better than the pictures. All the views were nice and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Everyone in our party had a wonderful time. I recommend this property :)

I bought this property in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic with my friend and co-host, Priscilla because it gave us serenity and a place to get away to from the city. We enjoy the peace and quiet we get in our ocean view community, water views, while also being minutes away from the beach.

Beautiful and serene, family friendly, it has almost everything you need in a house, new furniture, great decor, bay views, wonderful neighbors and community, minutes from Bethany beach.
