Grocery and dining options are within a short walk. The quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops, & charming restaurants on historic Flagler Avenue are about a mile away. Home sleeps 10 and is fully stocked with utensils, beach accessories, and bikes.

Lovely home!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. The beach chairs, towels wagon to haul everything, sand toys, umbrella, all ready for a very short walk to the beach. 2 bikes to ride! TVs in all the bedrooms, fans with remotes, they really thought of everything. The location is great and it’s a short walk to Publix, ice cream and coffee, even a shorter bike ride. This is an easy walk to Flagler as well in my opinion. It is on busy Atlantic so you have to be careful crossing. The staircase is gorgeous and the lighting as well. This is a great house and we really enjoyed it!

Perfect stay

My husband and I came down for our son’s Graduation from Northwest lineman college. The house was in a perfect location, close to the beach and 1 mile walk to Flagler Ave where all the action is. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection is possible!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Scott and Kerrie's beautiful home. It is so comfortable to stay in and in the perfect location. The open concept first floor and the outdoor patio, grill, fire pit and backyard are perfect for hanging out and relaxing. One house down and across the street is the boardwalk for the beach. The sand, water and beach are beautiful. The sunrise is amazing and a must-see! The tiki bar is a great social place to meet new friends and is nice to sit and people watch. A great Mexican restaurant and the Boston Fish House are a short walk away. Flagler Avenue and Canal Street are great streets for walking, shopping and also have amazing restaurants - Breakers was a favorite of ours! Norwood's Treehouse has great food with a unique atmosphere. Just over the causeway is the River Deck. It is right on the water with spectacular views and great food. Every year we golf at the NSB Country Club- they have club rentals and have a beautifully-kept course with challenging greens. Say hi to Martin for us! The Publix is right down the street. Our one must-do is have a meal at Colt's pig stand. The pulled pork is so tender and flavorful without any sauce. We have and will continue to recommend Scott and Kerrie's house and NSB to anyone looking to get away. It truly is a little piece of paradise and we can't wait to go back again next year.

Birthday celebration

The decor is charming, the beds comfortable and plentiful, and the convenience is unbeatable. We enjoyed relaxing, puzzles, games, a movie, and walking on the beach. The beach is accessible by a walkway, and they have a wagon and beach chairs. There are a few towels. The chairs weren't sufficient for mature women, but we enjoyed other things. Loved the seating outdoors. We must have needed kindling because we could not get a fire to stay lit. Kitchen was well-supplied. These hosts are exemplary!!We would stay again.

Spacious little beach shack!

Great little beach shack with plenty of room to sleep at least 6-8! Clean with very easy beach access. I would stay again!

Great Vacation

The property was very nice. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach. There were stores and restaurants close by. There was plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with.

Is very convenient ; close to the beach, is quiet, good beds, we were 10 family members age from 40 through 82. Everyone was very happy with the place. Thanks. we definitely visited again and recommend

Beach House Stay

Nice House, lots of room, easy access to the beach. Though the house is on them main street like many in this area so some road noise during the day. Easy location to many eateries, grocery store and churches. Back yard with lots of chairs and fire pit is definitely nice.

Daytona bike week

This is hands down one of my favorite houses! Kerrie and Scott were so helpful any questions were answered In a timely manner, the house was beautiful and very well stocked. I wish I could give more than five stars. No one can go wrong with this house!

Annual Stay

6 adults spanning 3 decades have traveled to stay at Scott and Kerrie's wonderful home 2 years running. We stayed last year for a week and had only been back home in Wisconsin a week when we made the decision to return this year. The home is spectacular and the amenities plentiful. The location is perfect. We walked to stores, restaurants and of course the beach and the tiki bar. We also spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the weather and grilling out. Scott was very helpful with local suggestions. There are 2 other units attached but we didn't hear a peep from anyone. I am hoping that we will be able to return next year. This is a true home away from home. Thank you, Scott and Kerrie, for your hospitality!

We loved the location to the beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and the home itself was very nice. The hosts were very responsive. I am retired chef, so the kitchen equipment left a bit to be desired, not the hosts fault :-). We also loved the fire pit in the backyard. Worth the price, very happy with what we received.

Family Labor Day Weekend

Great place for our 8 adults and two young grandkids. Nicely laid out house with all you need to enjoy your time. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach makes it easy to go back and forth during the day. Well supplied with all you need inside and plenty of beach gear to use as well. We'll look forward to the next time!

NSB Girls Weekend

This space was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! The location to the beach is absolutely unmatched, was so easy to have the crew load up the gifted chairs and activities in the beach wagon and literally just had to cross the street in order to be at the beach. Not even a five minute walk! So close to coffee shops, and the grocery store as well, which made it really convenient and next to some really fun dining! Would absolutely stay again, if ever given the chance and will recommend to all friends and family visiting this area. Truly such a great space, clean and stockpiled to make sure their guests have the best time at the beach.
