Welcome to the Seacoast! This 4-bedroom hideaway is privately nestled in Kittery Foreside while still being close to the action. Decorated in the theme of a seacoast farmhouse, this home is perfect for 2-3 couples looking to escape, a family or two for a seacoast vacation or extended "work-cation". With ample space to stretch out our extremely well equipped home is within an 18 minute walk to downtown Portsmouth, 6 minute drive to the Kittery Outlets and 12 minute drive to York beach.

The house was great! Very clean and well appointed! Very close to local eateries. However the parrking was a royal pain!! If you have a larger vehicle it’s not fitting in these spots! And across the street it’s 5 an hour.

Family trip

Great location in Kittery. Walking distance to cute shops and restaurants in Kittery. Another 20 minute walk to Portsmouth — very picturesque across a bridge. Everything was clean. Easy communication with Darryl. Would definitely stay again.

Could not be closer to Downtown Kittery.

Darryl is a very attentive host. Always available with answers and help. The house is perfectly located and easy to navigate. My work colleagues and I will happily stay again.

Kittery Foreside Gem

We had a great stay at Sea-Esta — it’s clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need for a “home-away”! Being located just steps from Kittery’s cute Foreside downtown is fantastic! We had had our grandkids visit for one night in the bunk bed room and the house performed beautifully. If Kittery is your destination, and you have need of multiple bedrooms, you can’t beat this place!

Annual NH Vacation

We stayed at this property August 7 thru the 14th 2021. The Property is excellent. Plenty of space for 6 or more if you have small children who can share a bed. The bedrooms (4) are great, especially the master sweet on the 3rd floor which is spectacular with a huge flat screen tv, a large bathroom and walk in closet, very private as well. Location is great, 5 minutes to Kittery trading post and outlets. Walk out your door and your choice of 5 restaurants, a great coffee shop, and juice/ smoothie bar, all within a 2 to 5 minute walk. We were visiting family at rye beach which was only an 18 minute drive. Daryll was an excellent host. He was great to communicate with, and responded very quickly to answer any question we had. Definitely a great place, great location, great host. We would stay again and may visit again soon!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Lovely, Comfortable, Spacious Property!

Sea-Esta House was a perfect property for our long-weekend family visit to Maine! The location is wonderful for touring the NH and ME coast and downtown Portsmouth and Kittery. Being able to walk just a couple of blocks to downtown Kittery is so convenient. The house was very clean and well-equipped for our family visit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and the Master Suite is wonderful...like a little retreat on the 3rd floor. The host is extremely pleasant and responsive. We will be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home itself was updated and fit everyone comfortably. We really liked the location. The street that it was on had a few restaurants that were less than a minute walk. Additionally you had access to Portsmouth which was a very short ride or a scenic walk.

Graduation escape

We had 6 adults 3 couples and the property had enough space for all of us to have our own personal area. My sons and their girlfriend enjoyed being able to walk to Portsmouth. My husband and I enjoyed the coffee shop down the street. Wish we had stayed longer. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home

Perfect Coastal Property

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful Kittery property. The layout was ideal for our party as my husband and I were traveling with our two toddlers and our friends with their infant. Being able to separate families by floors worked out perfectly and the common area downstairs was immaculate. Being a stones throw to downtown Kittery with all of the charming shops was a huge benefit and we were only a 7 minute drive from downtown Portsmouth. Can’t recommend this property enough!

Great Location & Lovely Decor

I booked this lovely condo for a midweek family trip to ME/NE to see family before our youngest headed off for a year of service with Americorp. Great choice! The interiors and furniture look brand new and color scheme and decor are really appealing. The third floor bedroom suite is FABULOUS and seems bigger than in the photos. We loved the convenience of being steps away from a great coffee and bakery shop (Lil's) and a reasonable walk into downtown Portsmouth.
