Esta es la casa de vacaciones perfecta para familias. Ubicado en 2 1/2 acres en el histórico Kittery Point, Maine, nuestra propiedad se encuentra justo en el hermoso mar. Point Beach. Disfrute de espectaculares vistas al océano de la escarpada costa de Maine desde prácticamente todas las habitaciones de la casa. Cuenta con dos dormitorios principales, tiene capacidad para 12 personas cómodamente y tiene muchas áreas de entretenimiento y relajación. El gran porche con mosquitero es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una comida, leer o posponer. Relájese o tome el sol en la terraza frente al mar. Su familia adorará la cocina abierta, el comedor y la sala de estar. Todos son espacios generosos con hermosas vistas del océano y la propiedad circundante. En días despejados, puedes ver todo el camino hasta las hermosas Islas de Shoals. Hay una habitación adicional con un sofá cama, baño completo y televisión de pantalla grande.

Construimos nuestra casa como un lugar para entretener a nuestra familia y amigos. Presenta la privacidad y la belleza de una ubicación remota con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesita del "mundo real". Estamos a 10 minutos del histórico puerto de Portsmouth, el histórico puerto de New Hampshire, restaurantes únicos y tiendas. Estamos a solo 15 minutos de uno de los centros comerciales minoristas más grandes del país, y a un corto y pintoresco viaje en automóvil desde York, Maine, otro lugar imperdible con su famosa Long Sands Beach, Nubble Lighthouse, Amusement Park y el zoológico de mascotas. Si solo desea relajarse, ¡nunca necesita abandonar nuestra propiedad! Estás a solo unos pasos de Sea Point Beach, con sus mareas que cambian constantemente. Cada paseo por la playa es una experiencia nueva. Cada vez que miras por la ventana, verás una costa diferente a medida que las mareas van y vienen.

Nuestra casa en Kittery Point está situada de manera única en la convergencia de hermosas marismas, bosques frescos y la costa atlántica en constante cambio. Wow, we are astounded by our visit to your wonderful house! I extremely loved the scenery and the overall environment of the entire place. The house was super beautiful and very large and lovely. Everyone here especially enjoyed the house and took full advantage of everything we were able to access in the house and it was very fun! The view was perfect and each room was so unique! This will have to be one of the best vacation houses we have ever visited! Direct access to the beach was plus. Thank you for having us! I would love to come back!

This was an amazing house in a fabulous location on the beach! The house was spacious and easily accommodated us six girlfriends. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck having drinks and loving the wonderful view! The location on Kittery Point was great, although a bit of a drive to get anywhere. We explored Portsmouth NH which was only15 minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this lovely house!

This is the second time our family have stayed at this beautiful house overlooking the ocean. It's very comfortable and has a large kitchen suitable for making our meals.

The location and the house were beautiful. The only drawback it was greenhead season so we didn't get to enjoy the beach like we hoped. Also, the kids couldn't go outside too much because of the mosquitoes. I never saw so many during the day so that made it less enjoyable. Just wished we could have enjoyed the yard. It will not stop us from going again though.

Family gathering place

We loved the open plan of kitchen, dining and living room with the addition of the screened in porch and the front porch. Views are spectacular and it was easy for a variety of people to work in the large kitchen area. The house feels well loved and has a wonderful variety of sleeping options. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit. The beach in front of the house has a lot of seaweed and some flies at times, but you can walk down a ways to access a better area. Overall this was a beautiful spot for a family gathering (ours had an age range from 2-81) with such natural beauty all around that you might not want to leave. Also for those who want York Beach vibe it's not far away. Hope to return next year.

Great beachfront stay

Great dining room table, great experience cooking in the giant kitchen with all our family and friends. Clean rooms, lots of space to entertain and converse. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and platters, etc. Easy and Private access to the beach. Beautiful deck with ample seating. Plenty of private parking.

Beautiful Home perfect location

This home exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and well-maintained. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and had space to have “ alone time “ if needed. It was conveniently located, quick to get into Portsmouth and very close to other shopping in kittery. I would absolutely come back!!

Breathtaking Views

Spacious home in a great location. Plenty of room for our 3 generation family. Polar plunge , sledding and sitting by the beautiful fireplace have become family traditions as this is our fourth visit. Everyone wants to come back next winter!

Family Holiday celebration

Our adult family of 10 stayed for the weekend. The house is beautiful. Right on the ocean. Spacious open concept kitchen, dinning room and living room. The kitchen was perfect for many cooks making a large meal, with a second refrigerator. We enjoyed the fireplace for making s'mores. The property manager responded quickly. Walks on the beach were amazing even in January!

The property was beautiful Great location. Our only complaint was the exorbitant cleaning fee. We understand this is large property but having been respectful of the property leaving it as we found it except for remaking bads, washing linens vacuuming, we found the cleaning feee excessive

Fall beach get away

The house created the perfect back drop and place to stay for us to have a weekend by the ocean! It was wonderful to catch up with friends on the deck or walk down and jump into the ocean steps from the back door before being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves each evening.

Absolutely Lovely House on a great location

The love of the owner for their house came across from the moment we stepped in. It is a beautiful house that made us feel like we were home. Extremely well appointed, clean, maintained well, and with a lot of supplies and resources for us to enjoy our stay. Each room had a fan (which we needed as it turned unusually warm during our stay). The yards and flower beds are pristine and well maintained. The driveway had ample space for our 6 vehicles. The energy center of the house - the family room and kitchen - are wide open and well furnished, and there are a lot of windows. Due to the great location, we always had a nice and gentle breeze all the time, which made our stay more fun. The bedrooms and bathrooms have good beds and mattresses and pillows. The owner supplied us with adequate linen and bath towels. I have only one caution for those people who may be allergic to musty smells... given the location of the house on the coast, and that it doesn't have air conditioning, there was a bit of musty smell in the air, which bothered a couple of people in our family. In general, we loved our stay there. If we have a reason to stay there again, we'll do so without hesitation. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had no problems, and even proactively informed us about a yard sprinkler repair that was scheduled during our stay, just so that we are not surprised about strangers in the yard. She was extremely responsive and also flexible for some of our asks.

Nate and Stephanie were both born in Boston and spent portions of their summers on the Maine and New Hampshire seacoasts. They have a long family history that connects them to the area and they continue to spend as much time as possible there with their three teenage daughters.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This beautiful land has been in our family for generations. Our family has a long history both in Kittery and out on the historic Isles of Shoals. (The islands can be seen from our property.) We built our home here because we needed a larger space to entertain our large family and widening circle of east coast friends and because we cannot imagine a more beautiful place to spend our vacation time.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love our home because it has so many different, and flexible, spaces. Our teenage daughters like to entertain their friends in the Bonus Room. They can enjoy a movie, play games, or just have a private chat with their friends. . Our screened porch has double-paned glass doors separating it from the house. No matter what is going on in the house, the screened porch offers a peaceful place for a quiet conversation, The upstairs guest room has an adjoining door to a single bedroom. Doors can be locked or unlocked so as to create a mini suite for a family traveling with a young child. The ping pong table and foosball tables are in the basement which allows for fun competition without disturbing the rest of the house.
