Old Seagrove "Seahabilitation" | 4 BR + Guest House| Private Heated Pool

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! 'Seahabilitation' is in the heart of it all just 2 houses outside of Seaside and 1 block from the beach in sought after Old Seagrove. 'Seahabilitation' is a 4-bedroom beach house + 1 bedroom guest house sleeping 13 with private (heated) pool, sprawling balconies, and a covered tower with water views! Parking available for 3 cars.

This beach house is not to be missed and perfect for the whole family. With an oversized private pool that flanks the length of the main house, you're sure to enjoy your time at home as much as at the beach.

The main house offers 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first level has an open concept living and dining space with modern kitchen complete with VIKING gas stove, SUB ZERO refrigerator, and every appliance and cooking utensil for the chef in the family to enjoy! A king guest bedroom with additional twin bed and full bathroom completes the main level. Upstairs you'll find the additional three bedrooms. A king master suite with bath/shower combo and dual sinks is just at the top of the stairs. Doors to two shared balconies are just off the master. An additional king guest bedroom means no fighting over the bigger bed when multiple families come. The final bedroom on the 2nd floor is a dual bunk room that sleeps 4 comfortably in twin beds and has its own bathroom as well.

Up one more flight of stairs to the best seats in the house. Seahabilitiation offers an oversized, covered tower with full dining table, additional seating and the best views of Gulf of Mexico, Seaside and surrounding beach towns! Sunsets are not to be missed from up here!

The expansive pool deck and outdoor hammock/lounging space includes propane fire pit and weber grill perfect for entertaining. The pool deck gives way to the 1-bedroom guest house. This guest house offers its own small living space with mini kitchen and up a spiral staircase is a queen bedroom with cozy private bath.

Please note this cottage requires Sat- Sat rentals, 7 nights during Spring Break and Memorial Day through mid-August. If you book for 6 nights, we will have to adjust the rental to meet this requirement.

This house requires at least one person over 25 years of age for every three people under 25 years of age
Updated TVs with Smart capabilities throughout.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250/week; During the months of October - May. (Pool temperature must be lower than 80 degrees to heat.)

Save your money!

First, don’t go to Seaside, don’t waste your time or your money! We watched police physically tackle a 15 yr old boy because he was walking with a backpack. The police then verbally attacked kids and threatened to arrest an adult how pointed out their excessive force on a minor. The house was ok. The rooms were very small except one. The beds and pillows were a joke. It was clean, but not like we would have expected. Overall, the experience we had was a 1 out of 10, restaurants are too crowded, too expensive and the town treated young families like we were college spring breakers. Go to Mexico instead, we did Punta Pita last year for less than we spent in Seaside and it was more luxurious and a way, way better experience!!!

Great vacation!

We had a total of 12 people on our trip, age ranging from 2-70. The proximity to Seaside and the beach was perfect. Just a short walk to both. The house was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Stay at the beach

" WOW" !! That was the first word out of my kids' mouths after arriving. The house met every need, from proximity to the beach, extra beach gear, refreshing pool available after the long day at the beach, to comfortable, clean beds and plentiful kitchenware for cooking. this house has everything and is beautiful to boot.

Perfect for Cross Generational Family

Absolutely loved the location and amenities this home and guest house offered. The house had everything we needed to have a comfortable location while gathering as a large family. Not only were there places to play and eat together there were also many balconies and spaces to have some quiet private time. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen was stocked for a large family who cooked a bunch. We opted to pay for the pool to be heated, which was well spent. A four-minute walk to the private beach and a few minutes walk to the Seaside amenities made this the perfect location for us. We would rent this house again if we had the opportunity. Mgmt. company was very helpful before and during our stay.

Best Vacation Ever!

The entire family all agreed the vacation home was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed! We spent a lot of time in the pool which was wonderful! Our grandkids loved reading and taking naps on the hammock. There was so much to do in that area and we were very close to the beach! We highly recommend Seahabilitation!!

Great Location! Great Pool!

We really enjoyed our stay and thought the location and the pool were the best features of the house! It was perfect for getting to the beach or to the Seaside town square. We did get a golf cart and used it a lot for grocery store runs and to haul some of our group back and forth, but walking to the town was just as fast once you account for traffic and parking (only a 5 min walk).The check in information was never emailed to me so I reached out on our way and made sure we got the code before we arrived. Luckily they responded back promptly or that could have been an issue when we arrived. We had 2 families with children ages 11mo, 18mo, 4, 5, and 7. A dark room was important for us with so many little ones and was hard to come by because there were no curtains! They had blinds but many were broken and did not block out sun. The bunk room had sheer curtains so the kids were up at 6:30am every morning. We stuck one baby in a closet to try and block out light. Our only maintenance issue was that the fridge leaked water. Maintenance came out but it didn’t fix the issue so we just kept towels pushed up and tried to keep it as dry as possible. Note, they did not provide extra paper towels, laundry soap, or trash bags so be prepared to buy all of this. We did find some sand fleas in the living room. It wasn’t a terrible problem but we all saw them multiple times. I let the property management know on our way out. Hopefully they will fog it and that will help. Positives: The pool and covered patio were by far the best parts of the house! We spent a ton of time outside and the pool was perfect. They had plenty of pool toys provided and the backyard was great with a hammock and plenty of seating. Other things provided worth noting: beach wagon, beach towels, beach chairs, a Graco pack N play, 2 bikes, corn hole, tons of board games for all ages, a blinder (which I greatly appreciated for smoothies for the kids). We overall had a fabulous stay and would stay again if they added some substantial curtains!!

Awesome House

We had 10 ladies and it was perfect and could fit more! The inside and everything was so nice! We had a clogged sink and shower. We also had a broken toilet and they were there the next to day to fix it! Extremely prompt! A diamond ring was left behind and the honesty of the cleaning ladies is indescribable! The lady at sandpiper was the best she mailed it back to me the next business day! We will definitely be back next year! All the ladies bragged on this house and all the space and amenities! Thanks so much for everything!
