TEMPLE of RELAXATION**Cozy Bungalow by the Beach (Whole House)

The beautiful house features 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each room has a Queen sized bed with 100% white cotton sheets and a hypoallergenic/ bed bug proof mattress-cover. Each room also has a flat screen t.v with access to Netflix, YouTube etc using Roku. It is a 15 minutes drive to Cocoa Beach Pier, 15 minute Walk to Historic down town Cocoa and a 40 minute drive to Disney Orlando. Home features 4 car parking, fenced in back yard, a one minute walk to WaWa for a Sub and Chips and is located in a friendly neighborhood! Pets allowed with $50 per pet fee.
Completely fenced in back yard with fire pit, table and grill.
Note: The garage is locked and off limits to guest currently since I use it for storage.

Location For Family Visit

We rented the house to be near family on Merrit Island. So we used the house to sleep and shower. The house location served us well.

Great place to stay before cruise

Great location, perfect for our family of 7 (3 couples and one 13yo). The only drawback was the inflatable mattress didn’t have a sheet for it but we managed with a flat sheet from one of the other beds. Great communication with house owners.

Made my reservation weeks before with anticipation to not have issues on my trip. Owner reaches out the day before that it's cancelled because they have a pest infestation and then expects me to call VRBO to cancel and get my money back. Finally, after a couple of days, VRBO called me asking to confirm and they processed the cancellation and said I should have my money back in a few days.

Clean house, close enough but far enough away.

The house is very clean, the owners communicated well. It had enough room for everyone. Is only like 25 minutes away from cocoa beach with the traffic. They had a pack n play for our child. My only comments are that the beds aren't super comfy (subject to opinion), they didn't have any sheets or bedding for the fold out bed or pack n play, and there wasn't any salt or pepper in the house lol. Other than that, it's a great place!

Good but not great place for the price

The overall stay was very good. Location was a bit sketchy with a re-entry house in view. Could have used sugar in stock for our coffee. Also needs an end table in the 3rd bedroom. Tv and light in the 3rd bedroom did not have remotes that I could find.

Needs some attention but clean and well stocked

House was clean and had all you need other than perhaps another chair or loveseat for the living room. WiFi was not good at all. Needs a little attention such as lightbulbs replaced in master bedroom and latch on front screen door replaced. Nice fenced backyard. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but no one bothered us or our vehicle. Hosts were timely in communications.

Comfortable House with Lots of Room

The nicely decorated house is spacious and well laid out. Janee, the host, was very helpful and responded promptly to questions and requests. It was great that our pets were allowed. There were some thoughtful touches, such as coffee pods left for us, board games, and lots of towels. The one disappointment was that the fenced yard was not in good shape. Some fence slats are loose or missing. The outdoor table is rusty. There were many cigarette butts, bottle caps and foil confetti pieces ground into the soil. We tried, but could not rake up all the confetti. The yard was fine for our dog though, and we were happy to be able to take a lovely, relaxing vacation for six weeks with our pets!

Lovely home

The house was very nice. It seems well maintained and all accommodations were very comfortable. There is no cable tv only streaming which is a little disappointing. But a great stay.

Easy commute

Was reasonable pricing until I checked in and there was no room for garbage since it hadn't been taken out in a while I found prescription pills laying under bed out of containers which I flushed, might want to look into who's cleaning after departures and do full walk thru before hand

Very nice convenient property!

We rented this property for a week while playing in a baseball tournament. We enjoyed staying here very much. The location is close to the beach while also being convenient to access other areas. I would highly recommend staying here.
