Located in a quiet, well-lit neighborhood. Easy walk day or night. Atlantic Ocean Beach is across the street (approximately 4 blocks). We provide info to get free parking at the beach upon arrival.
The home is over 2000 SQ FT featuring a brand-new open kitchen area with a large farm table. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. All bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom downstairs.
You have access to the river, private dock to fish, and put your toes in the sand at sunset. No place closer to the beach gives you a water sunset (sunrise is on the beach). The sun sets on the river at our place :) It is just a short walk to the river sand. We provide two beach chairs for your use.
We have a grill and high-top table on the outside deck. -Smart 4k Tvs in each room. -Coffee/blender bar -Beach equipment including beach chairs, body/boogie board, beach towels for each room -Fastest available internet for upstairs and downstairs
We will be in contact with you prior to arrival, check in with you to ensure everything is to your liking and we will make ourselves available to you by phone, text or email if you need anything throughout your stay.
Primary Master Bedroom
The large primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a makeup area, hair dryer, and other accessories. It also includes a walk-in closet, spa in the bathtub, and new 65’ 4k TV. You have plug-ins on each nightstand for your devices.
SECOND PRIMARY
The second primary has a King Bed with charging stations on each nightstand for your devices. You have a very large closet to store your items. You also have a brand new 55’ 4k TV.
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom, the double queen room, is equipped with a brand new 65” 4k tv, a walk-in closet, and a charging station on each nightstand for each guest.
LIVING ROOM The main living room is a great place to relax, and watch shows on the brand new 75”4k TV. It shares the open living area with the kitchen allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.
DINING ROOM
The farmhouse dining table seats 6. Adjacent to the dining table is the bar area with a high-top table, 4 chairs, and 65” brand new 4k TV. There is a wine bar with glassware and a separate coffee/blender bar area.
KITCHEN The new kitchen is well equipped, and each item was thoughtfully chosen for the space. It has a flat-top stove, no slam doors, farm house sink, and a spice rack for all your cooking needs.
BATHROOMS The home has three large full bathrooms. One on the main floor and two upstairs.

LAUNDRY ROOM & CLEANING SUPPLIES The full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as you’d like during your stay.
BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT The house is located only about 4 blocks from the beach so we are happy to provide guests will beach needs. Including: 2 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, a cooler, and beach toys.
PARKING Two spaces are available in our driveway. You can fit 2 large SUVs or 3 cars. After the Beach: We have a hose outside, upfront, you can use to wash your sand off.

FAQs
Q: Early check-in or late check-outs?
This is a large home, and the cleaning and sanitation process is extensive. If possible, early check-ins and late checkouts would need to be organized when booking hours in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please note, the only way to guarantee early check in or late checkout out is to book the night prior to your arrival or the night after your departure.
If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $50 service charge will be applied to your closing cost.
Q: Can we have additional friends/family come over during the day?
Guests are welcome to visit you during your stay with a maximum of 15 people on the premise at any given time. Only the original booking guests are permitted to spend the night. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 7 am.
Q. How many consumable supplies do you provide?
We supply laundry detergent/dryer sheets, 4 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 2 paper towel rolls, 4 trash bags, 8 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion (take lotion off) and hand soap in each washroom.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND • This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, cannabis, etc. • Throughout the entire property — indoor & outdoor areas, garage, and driveway.
2. Kick off your shoes and stay awhile: No shoes upstairs on the carpet please (any stains will be charged a cleaning/damage fee)
3. NO COMMERCIAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS without prior approval from Host. Different rates apply. Personal photos for personal accounts are perfectly fine

If a violation is reported against any of the rules below, guests: • will be required to pay the fines • may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay

5. MAXIMUM 10 OVERNIGHT GUESTS •This includes children of all ages •Maximum 15 people allowed during the day. Only 10 people max are allowed during Quiet Hours. The host must be informed ahead of time.

7. Garbage collection days are Tuesday and Friday and we kindly ask that you take the garbage bins to the end of the driveway.
8. Please note, there are security cameras on the outside of the house.
