Quick trip in Cocoa

The property itself was very nice. The bedroom with the king bed was separate from the rest of the house. Our planned visit was to send two days at Kennedy Space Center and this property was close and an easy drive there. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a four bedroom rental.

Honeymoon getaway

We loved our choice for a quiet honeymoon weekend! The house was clean and provided entertainment from pool table to hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will be visiting again in the future and would recommend this property.

We were in town for a few days for work and needed enough space to 4 people to sleep. This place is everything you need and then way more. Pool tables hot tubs the whole 9 yds. It was great!

Just what we needed

Came into town for a baseball tournament held just up the road at the Space Coast Complex, and this was just the house we needed for our group of 7! The house had everything we could ask for, plus a pool table and TVs in every room which kept my boys happy. We even got the chance to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub during our trip! Check in / out process was easy, and the owner is super prompt in replying to messages. The house is also conveniently located near several grocery stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. Close enough to drive to the beach and restaurants. The house is roomy and comfortable. Pool and hot tub give lots of shade. The owner was available for anything and made sure we had anything we needed. Would stay again.

Working at NASA... Perfect Place to Stay!

We are a contractor working at NASA and decided to try to stay at a house instead of a hotel. 2 to 3 guys at a time had plenty of space to themselves. Very comfy and they could even see the rocket launches. The host was most accommodating and was always just a call away. We had zero issues during our stay of a little over a month. Highly recommend! We will return given the opportunity. Thank you, Gloria! :) Happy employees, happy life haha!

Great home with fabulous amenities

This home was wonderful for a family of 9. From grandparents to one young grandchild, this home had everything. We loved the large, hot tub, gas, fire pit, pool table. We had some rain, so we’re not able to use the swim spa, but it looked very inviting. Master area upstairs was huge. Lots of outside seating and space. We would definitely rent again if in the area. Very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Large space very comfortable

This was a large comfortable home with lots of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. We were there for work and the outside patio and jacuzzi was nice to relax and unwind.

Great place, great host

The EASIEST rental I've ever stayed in.... and I've stayed in many! They are lenient when it comes to having additional guest, didn't expect a whole lot due the check out process, and responded to messages right away. The hot tub was divine! my next trip to this coast, i will look to stay at this place again.

Very comfortable

Had a great stay. Location was very convenient to cape canaveral where my grandmas birthday party was. Enjoyed the wonderful hot tub and swim spa Beds were very comfortable.

Nice place

We were on a bowling trip with 4 guys. Had a great time. Didn't do much more than watch TV and sleep, but it was centrally located to our events. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Has it all!

This home had everything. Plenty of room for a big family or event. Had a small swimming pool and huge hot tub. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. Management was very responsive. This property really deserves their super host status!

Amazing stay and helped in any and every way.

Had a great time. Jacuzzi was so helpful with staying loose. Anything that came up was handled immediately. I highly recommend this house for any future reservations!

Definitely would stay here again, house was nice. Big open area to set up indoor bowling or corn hole. Gloria was very helpful if there was a need.

Perfect!

This was the perfect spot for all of our out of town family. There was plenty of space and the large room was perfect for setting up meals. We loved all the extra amenities like the firepit, wood, hot tub, pool table, corn hole. The yard is very well maintained and the best in the entire neighborhood! Gloria was so kind and easy to work with. We will definitely refer people to her!
