Vehicle Maximum: 5 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
Dog Friendly with Restrictions: 2 dogs, max 40lbs each OR 1 dog, max 70lbs (cats and other animals are NOT permitted)
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Escape to this charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Island Retreat at 132 E. Kingfish, just steps from South Texas's breathtaking beaches. Perfectly located near local restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests (maximum occupancy of 17), this spacious home is perfect for family gatherings or large group getaways.

Bedroom 3: A queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds - sleeps 4

In the living room, you'll find a futon that comfortably sleeps 2 more guests, along with a couch and a loveseat that offer alternative sleeping spaces. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, invites you to prepare your favorite meals. The expansive living room, with a flat-screen TV, flows easily into the upstairs balcony, where you can enjoy South Padre Island's tropical weather. Both the front and back balconies offer partial ocean views and views of the island's stunning fireworks displays.

The large, oversized driveway allows parking for up to 5 vehicles, and there's also a garage for your convenience.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Every stay at Island Retreat includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

This place was great and can't wait to stay again!!!

Location location location!!!! You can see the ocean from the front balcony!! It has chairs and plenty of room!!! The back balcony has lounge chairs and plenty of room!!! Beach access was right across the street!!! Loved the outside shower!!! Plenty of parking!!! The garages has a propane grill and a charcoal grill They also have chairs and a wagon! This place is ready and set up for your family to feel right at home!! The home was clean and very comfortable!!! The kitchen was very large and stocked well with pots and pans!! Everything worked as it should!!! The 3 bathrooms were very nice,clean and stocked with towels!! The dining areas were great!!!! Plenty of room for our family!! This place was great and can't wait to stay again!!!

The house is nice. The floors are badly done. Every bed was so hard. We could not sleep comfortably. One bed is a thin cushion on futon bars, horrible. One bedroom is actually then size of a jail cell. 1 twin bed fits and that's it, it should say 3 bedroom.

La ubicación de la casa está excelente, tienes a unos pasos el acceso a la playa y cerca de bares y restaurantes. La casa estaba limpia y ordenada. Solo las camas, a excepción de la cama que está en el 1er piso son un poco incómodas fuera de eso el alojamiento es muy bueno.

Home

Were excited to arrive. First the house was not given to us til 20 minutes later. We were ok since we walked to the beach because it was super close. The cleaning crew said they would be back to pick up the trash because the trash can was full, that never happened. They left the bottom room really wet and my child had a bad fall, was furious over that. The house needs repairs. Was told that the repair man would come by to fix it. The kitchen counter under the sink was missing a whole cover. The kitchen had small roaches. While I was cooking they were coming out from under the stove. Was really grossed at that. There were roaches in the restrooms and the kitchen floor. The master bedroom closet doors were broken, the restroom toilet paper holder was broken, the shower water handle was missing a knob to turn the water to hot or cold which was hard to turn. The hallway closet door was also broken. There were cables on the corners in the living room and bedroom. The outside patio deck by the kitchen was loose. We felt unsafe walking on the deck because it's rotten. Don't expect to have a good night sleep because the mattresses were horrendous. The master bedroom mattress felt like cardboard. It squeaked every time you moved, solid card board. The other rooms had very thin mattresses. They were no extra covers or blankets so bring your own. They did have towels, one for each, no extras. The backyard grass needed to be cut so on the Monday when we're packing the yard guy shows up. I rented the house because the first reviews talked highly of it but I wouldn't stay there again for that price.

Great Location

Great location. Just around beach access 9.Walking distance to supermarket and some great restaurants. In the garage, we found several boogie boards and sand buckets for the kids which was a great help!

It was a great house, perfect for our group we had 8 adults and three kids, right on the island and walking distance from the beach, it was great stay definitely will book next time!!!!

Great weekend stay with no problems. Fast and easy check in and check out. Most things were provided like towels, linens, detergent, and much of the basics. Will stay again since it's just a block away from the beach.
