This uniquely decorated, spacious ocean-view unit features beautiful hardwood floors and offers a stunning great room with access to the oversized balcony. The stylish living area is plush, comfortable and has a sleeper sofa and the dining space has a table that will seat 6 and a cocktail table that will seat 2. The lavish, well-appointed kitchen, is equipped with stainless steel appliances, elegant granite countertops, and an eat-at bar. The laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer is conveniently located, but still tucked away. This beautiful unit has a huge private balcony, the largest of any unit type in the building and has an outdoor dining table and bar-height cocktail table. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full sofa and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower. The tasteful guest bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, plenty of room for your belongings, and is across the hall from the 3 piece guest bath.
