This beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment is right in the heart of downtown Cape Coral. Located within walking distance to over 10 restaurants and many shops. This newly renovated apartment boasts a brand new full kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal while staying in and hanging out in your screened lanai. The apartment included 2 televisions with over 120 channels to surf as well as Netflix and streaming options. The shared center court yard features beautiful lighting a new bbq and firepit, seating and cornhole.

Each of the four units are completely new, including all new appliances, keurig with complimentary coffee, Crockpot, toasters, blenders, & much more!

There are four units on the same property. Each unit is a one bedroom with full kitchen and bath. Each unit features a queen bed and a queen pull out sifa in the living room.

FREE SHUTTLE SERV leaves from your front door to over 15 restaurants and clubs! FRI and SAT 5pm to 3am!

Perfect Location

Location was great and within walking distance of numerous spots. Highly recommend the Tiki Bar next door. Property owner was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions.

Very nice rental

Husband and I had a very nice stay at starfish. The property was very clean, everything we needed, and was close to some great restaurants and bars.

We enjoyed the courtyard seating with firepit and location between 2 very good bar/ restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels.

visiting family in the area

Just needed a couple nights on short notice for July 4th weekend. This was available and price was reasonable.The unit we were in only had one split ac unit in the living room, sure could use another one in the bedroom.I'm a light sleeper; the Monkey Bar music could be heard up until they closed each night. Not sure if we would want to stay here again.

Winter Getaway

We were very pleased with the property and it's location is excellent. Walkable to downtown, shops and restaurants. It was nice to sit in the common courtyard with the others staying at the property also. The owners were quick to get back with us when we had messaged questions and were very nice people. We would definitely stay at this property again.

nice place in a nice location

The unit and the location were fine for our needs. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch as our dog could go out there, and we did not have to worry about him getting out. The floor needs updating, but everything else was fine. We enjoyed our week there!

Cute place!

Such cute and comfortable place to stay. I was there for 13 days and loved it! Great location with lots of places within walking distance. Bars with music on both sides, but only played til 9 or 10 so was nice to listen to but didn’t keep me up! Couldn’t really hear it when you were inside anyways. I had to work everyday but felt like I was on vacation once I got home with the music playing and the beach vibe! Would definitely like to stay there again!

Cape Coral visit.

Place was nice..wouldnt have more than 2 adults as bathroom goes right through bedroom. We didnt expect to have friends come but we have a mutual friend that was very sick and why they stayed for 2 nites. Screen door was tricky. Nicely decorated apartment. Everything was good. Walking distance to alot of bars and restaurants. We would rent again.

We stayed over the weekend and everything was perfect! Location was great and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The property was super clean and comfortable with a homey feel. The outdoor fire pit was relaxing to sit by at night. Major plus this is a pet friendly so we were able to bring our pup with us!

This stay was a god send. Clean, bright, comfortable. Our family was on a college recruiting marathon in the north east of the US. and ended in Florida. The beds all through the college tours were horrid. getting to this place was God Send. The bed was amazing. The washer and dryer was awesome. Easy to use and clean. The whole unit was bright and clean.
