Located in the center of Coral! STARFISH STAYS. Unit #2

Our newest property is now taking reservations! Starfish is located in the center of Cape Coral night life. Steps away from 5 star dining, 12 restaurants, karaoke, shopping, the Cape Coral Yacht club beach and a short ride to Sanibel/Captiva. Each unit is completely renovated and everything is brand new!

Each of the four units has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The sliding glass door opens up to a private screened lanai. The beautiful center courtyard has a propane firepit, a bbq, and several seating areas.

Great place to stay

Very comfortable and clean! The location is perfect for walking to great local restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great little getaway

My wife and I snuck south for a long weekend getaway and this was a great spot! Lots of walking with many bars and resturant nearby. By chance was were also there for the great art fair that shut down about a mile of the main drag, one block north. Just the right size for two, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay!

Such a charming abode. We loved everything about our stay. The cleanliness, decor, outside courtyard with a grill and a fire pit to relax by in the evenings and the proximity to some fun local spots. We had everything we needed and more. We also found the best little restaurant within walking distance. Jungle Tiki is a must of you’re a foodie like us.

This was a fantastic stay! Clean, neat and tidy, The AC system is in the heat of sunny South Florida was top notch! The Host's are terrific My overall stay was above and beyond. Assuredly I will return!!!

Quick get away.

Cute and clean place with a screened in porch and a patio with propane fireplace shared by 4 apartments. Met some very nice people. Walking distance to multiple fun restaurants. Owners very nice and quick to respond. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.

Short stay in Cape Coral

Nice apartment close to shops and restaurants. Apartment had everything you could need bonus was the beach chairs. Sofa and bed were comfortable. Outside area was nice to sit in once the sun had gone down. A king size bed rather than a queen would be good as the bedroom has masses of space for one. It was disappointing to find out the beach park and pier was closed following damage from hurricane Ian. A little noise ( music )from the bar along the road was not an issue as we were so tired at the end of the day we hardly noticed it. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute DIY Renovated 1 Bedroom

We stayed for a weekend getaway without the kids. Appears to be newly renovated by DIYers. It’s small but worked for just the 2 of us. Not the best neighborhood but was fine during the day. I would not recommend the area for kids or just a girls weekend. The living room couch is in dire need of replacement. Another mirror besides the bathroom vanity would be a nice addition. Communication was easy and electronic lock was a unique feature.

We definitely agree if night life is not your thing, this property is not for you. There are over 12 restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance. At night you can hear live music if outside. Cape Coral center is very safe say or night. All of the furniture in all four units are new.

First impression was good, however there was an infestation of ghost ants, the piping under the kitchen sink broke/leaked (fixed once), the bathroom sink while it was beautiful, is not practical (to me) for a rental situation and the handle did not work properly. Sometimes took a long time to find a place where it would turn off. The screen door/frame needs repairing. more comfortable dining table and outside table would be so much better.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. Currently we have over one thousand 5 star reviews. Out of the dozens of properties we own, you had 300% more service calls than any other unit. We asked several times for you not to load the lower sink cabinet with cases of soda and knocking the sink pipes off, yet we fixed it everytime it was done. Same with the new screen door piston. Everytime you broke it we fixed it immediately and with a smile. We had a very rainy month and that can happen with Florida ants. We had it immediately sprayed and the issue was solved.

Great Location! The bungalow was immaculate! Beds were comfortable.

Owners thought of a few nice extras. Extra ice in the freezer and a small sun block in the bath and comfortable bath mat Overall a very nice little place. First time I ever played corn hole! That was fun too! Thank you for a nice stay.

Our Stay was perfect

Starfish stays is a great location, literally walking distance from some of the best restaurants in the area! My family enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying an extra night. Scot and Paula were so accommodating!
