Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Main House

Originally built as the Linger Lodge fishing house this home has quite the history and charm. Updated and expanded in the early 2000's this home boasts a wide open main floor that includes a living room, dining area and kitchen. There are also separate laundry and bathroom just off the kitchen.

Don't be surprised if you spend most of your days and nights sitting and relaxing on the screened porch just off the kitchen. This peaceful area gives your great views of the river to unwind and wave to the boaters go by.

Sneak back inside to unwind in the master suit where a king size bed awaits along with a claw foot tub to soak in. For those wanting a true Florida experience you can enjoy the private outdoor shower attached to the master suite. (Don't worry there is a normal shower upstairs in the loft)

Up the spiral staircase is the loft featuring a queen size sleep number bed (sleeps 2), a day bed that has 2 single beds (each sleep 1) and a futon with a double size topper (sleeps 1). For ease there is a bathroom with shower located in the loft as well.

Below the porch, but not connected to it is the deck and dock area that is open to all guests on the property. Enjoy sitting out in the sun, fishing or taking the pedal boat out for cruise on the river, who knows you may see some awesome Florida wildlife.
