- Tropical pests are a specific component of our region. We regularly carry out preventive pest control, but it is possible that the creature can get inside. Please help us provide them and you with peace of mind, never leave windows and doors open. Please remove food crumbs and trash from the house daily to avoid attracting insects.


STARTER AMENITIES: This property is self-catering. We provide a starter kit of toiletries. If the provided amenities (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soap, detergent, etc.) run out, you will need to purchase your own.

There are NO safety railings on the stairs.

The primary tenant MUST be at least 21 years old to reserve a rental unit, must reside in the rental unit with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors.

Per Homeowners Association (HOA) rules, boats, trucks, RVs, and trailers are prohibited.

PARKING: Guests park their vehicles at their own risk and must comply with all local, city, county, and state parking rules and regulations. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces.

PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Gatherings are prohibited. Be courteous to your neighbors. Do not block their parking spaces or driveways. Violating the NO-PARTY POLICY will result in your being asked to leave the property and forfeiting your rent. We reserve the right to impose a $2,000 fine for violating this policy. This home is located in a residential area, so please observe the quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
