Nuestra villa está muy bien situado, a 5 millas de Disney World y 2 millas de las carreteras. Estamos a 2 millas de la 192, donde se puede encontrar una gran cantidad de tiendas y muchos restaurantes.

It was all lovely some confusion on heated pool and add on but host honored what was discussed and all was well. Would definitely stay again if he has anything the week of friday the 16 to jan 5 let us know

Great Location near Disney

Great place to spend our Disney Vacation with family. Very secure location with many amenities. The resort staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Family vacations

A great getaway!

This home was wonderful! Lots of amenities, peaceful, plenty of spaces for group gatherings and individual private time, beautifully decorated, a great private pool, very clean, and good reliable technology. Our family can't wait to return!

Wonderful Place

The place was exactly as described. Beds were very comfy , the house was immaculate, and the pool was great. Very close to Disney attractions ,and about a half hour drive with traffic to Universal Studios. Would definitely stay again

The house was very clean and organized. The furniture was in bad condition. Overall it was a nice .

Great Home

The home was clean and beautiful. The pool area was perfect for the lazy pool days. It felt safe because it was in a gated community. The owner responded quickly to each question I had and was very friendly.

Dream vacation stay

I stayed here for the weekend of my wedding excellent location central to most events beautiful home with excellent decorating. The location is a tiki bar and sitting area near the pool for great conversation and good food and drinks. Well worth the stay! Management staff was also great!!! See you next time. Thanks

Perfect Florida Holiday Villa!!

This property has everything you need for a family holiday. Beds comfy, no issues with air con temp (as other reviews), pleasure to come back to after day out. Lovely pool, BBQ spot on for nights in, great villa. Communications with Danny were quickly replied to, great help with lots of queries. We would definitely re-book if we return to Orlando, no complaints at all.

Wonderful Experience! Beautiful location!

We absolutely loved the house and location! We were close to shopping quarters and the house. The house had everything we needed and plus some. Everyone was so nice. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. We only wish that the checkin time would have been earlier than 4pm. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Stay

From check-in to leaving my stay was awesome. The house was exactly how it was described. Everything was clean and perfect for my family of 7. And the property manager handled my one issue within minutes. It is conveniently located close to all attractions, shopping, and dining. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next year.

Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very well equipped for a family. Our children loved the pool, and the game room in the garage was a huge hit! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were comfy and clean. It’s nice and close to a super Walmart for supplies and was easy to get to Disney. It was a great home for the price. Thank you!

Great vacation home!!

We took a ‘mini’ vacation for our daughters 7th birthday and stayed here. My daughter and son, LOVED the beautiful pool and when they would dry off, they’d go right to the game room!! It was in a very nice gated community. The check-in process was real easy and fast, as was check-out. Very clean, fun and roomy!! Thanks so much!!

Beautiful house

I will definitely be using home away again! This is the way to go for a vacation without a doubt. The house was exactly as pictured. I will say that One of the Queen beds and the two twin beds are so uncomfortable they are almost unsleepable. My brother and sister in law slept on the couches the last two nights because of it. Other than that, zero complaints. The clubhouse is great, too!

Nice resort and close to the theme parks.

Pleasant villa in a nice resort. Road noise was too loud & we sadly found it hard to relax by the pool! If it is just a base then it might not be a problem, but we wanted to do both & sadly relaxing for us was a problem. The floors were very dirty & the bed linen had been washed, but had old stains on them. I did reach out to the host who was very concerned about this.

Beautiful home, great location

My husband and I just returned from a 6 night stay. The home is beautiful, clean and the interior and exterior of the property are just as the pictures show. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with. The proximity of the house to the Terra Verde clubhouse is an added bonus. We didn't get to enjoy it this trip as it rained all day, every day while we were there however we do normally stay at Terra Verde Resort and the Tiki Bar & Grill is a great place to have a drink and bite to eat. Thank you Danny & Alice for the use of your property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if it is available when we return again.

Group Trip

Nice house. Danny did a great job in communication. Listing is accurate. Only issue was the AC. You aren’t able to lower it passed 71. In Orlando it gets hot. Thankfully my room had a portable fan. Would definitely recommend.

A Pleasant Retreat

Beautiful home conveniently located near the clubhouse and community pool. The house is tidy, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The backyard pool area faces a somewhat busy road, resulting in occasional noise, which is the only minor drawback I can think of. Communication with the friendly owner was smooth and prompt. While Terra Verde Resort is a bit older, it's well-kept. Surprisingly, it was quite peaceful during our stay; we often found ourselves the only ones by the pool. The Tiki bar at the pool was closed all week, but the receptionist mentioned it will reopen soon. It's odd that you need to purchase a $25 access pass for the 24/7 guarded entrance, but hey, what's $25 on a vacation budget? We'll definitely be back at Terra Verde next year.

Great place for small family

Great house and location. So much better than a hotel for a family of four. Allowed us to be together and still have our own space too! Would suggest maybe an extra roll of TP, a box of Klennex and maybe just enough soap, shampoo for one night. If you get in late you will be in a bit of a bind. They also asked us to start a load of wash and take out trash, but there was no detergent or extra trash bags provided. Just thoughts. I understand providing for ourselves for a week, but just a bit more of getting you going would be great. Otherwise, a great property would stay again!
