Nuestra villa está muy bien situado, a 5 millas de Disney World y 2 millas de las carreteras. Estamos a 2 millas de la 192, donde se puede encontrar una gran cantidad de tiendas y muchos restaurantes.

This home is one of the best we have stayed in. Lots of amenities, peaceful, plenty of spaces for group gatherings and individual private time, beautifully decorated, the private pool was great, very clean, and great beds. We can't wait to return!

It was all lovely some confusion on heated pool and add on but host honored what was discussed and all was well. Would definitely stay again if he has anything the week of friday the 16 to jan 5 let us know

A Pleasant Retreat

Beautiful home conveniently located near the clubhouse and community pool. The house is tidy, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The backyard pool area faces a somewhat busy road, resulting in occasional noise, which is the only minor drawback I can think of. Communication with the friendly owner was smooth and prompt. While Terra Verde Resort is a bit older, it's well-kept. Surprisingly, it was quite peaceful during our stay; we often found ourselves the only ones by the pool. The Tiki bar at the pool was closed all week, but the receptionist mentioned it will reopen soon. It's odd that you need to purchase a $25 access pass for the 24/7 guarded entrance, but hey, what's $25 on a vacation budget? We'll definitely be back at Terra Verde next year.

Beautiful home, great location

My husband and I just returned from a 6 night stay. The home is beautiful, clean and the interior and exterior of the property are just as the pictures show. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook and eat with. The proximity of the house to the Terra Verde clubhouse is an added bonus. We didn't get to enjoy it this trip as it rained all day, every day while we were there however we do normally stay at Terra Verde Resort and the Tiki Bar & Grill is a great place to have a drink and bite to eat. Thank you Danny & Alice for the use of your property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if it is available when we return again.

Fabulous everything

So clean, pool lovely, most comfortable bed ever slept in. Pool area lovely for sunbathing and sitting. Pool 3 to 5ft, steps in. Safety fence you can roll back. Pool heating lovely. Has everything and right across road from club house, bar, lovely snacks and food, drinks. Wildlife round huge lake just across the road. Games room. Huge tv, tvs in every room have stayed in lots of villas, and this is best for the clubhouse. Has a jacuzzi, swings, games, huge warm pool at clubhouse too. Host gets back in minutes and is brilliant. We wanted for nothing. Great villa, great location, and great host. Definately recommend. Ticked all our boxes.

Great Home

The home was clean and beautiful. The pool area was perfect for the lazy pool days. It felt safe because it was in a gated community. The owner responded quickly to each question I had and was very friendly.

Great Location near Disney

Perfect Florida Holiday Villa!!

This property has everything you need for a family holiday. Beds comfy, no issues with air con temp (as other reviews), pleasure to come back to after day out. Lovely pool, BBQ spot on for nights in, great villa. Communications with Danny were quickly replied to, great help with lots of queries. We would definitely re-book if we return to Orlando, no complaints at all.

Group Trip

Nice house. Danny did a great job in communication. Listing is accurate. Only issue was the AC. You aren’t able to lower it passed 71. In Orlando it gets hot. Thankfully my room had a portable fan. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Stay

From check-in to leaving my stay was awesome. The house was exactly how it was described. Everything was clean and perfect for my family of 7. And the property manager handled my one issue within minutes. It is conveniently located close to all attractions, shopping, and dining. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again next year.

Nice resort and close to the theme parks.

Pleasant villa in a nice resort. Road noise was too loud & we sadly found it hard to relax by the pool! If it is just a base then it might not be a problem, but we wanted to do both & sadly relaxing for us was a problem. The floors were very dirty & the bed linen had been washed, but had old stains on them. I did reach out to the host who was very concerned about this.

Family vacations

Nice home

Our trip was great over all. There was a few chairs that were previously broken and repaired, but not properly so they were a little wobbly. All the beds were hard and could use a softer top, but if you like a firm bed they will be perfect for you. The Foosball table was missing the Foosball and was replaced with ping pong balls so we were unable to play Foosball. The communication with Danny has been great! We had a hiccup at check in with our code and he was able to get us a new code quickly and we were able to get in and start our stay. An item was left behind on our end and Danny has been great with communicating with me to get our item returned to us.

Great property, no thermostat control

Danny/Margaret were very accommodating The villa was beautiful a d well stocked. My only complaint is that the thermostat is controlled and the a/c couldn’t be lower than 72 degrees, which resulted in smoldering inside temperatures, during our stay. I would’ve liked to have know this prior to renting.

Great Stay and Location

All pictures that was presented on this site was accurate. Once we got to the property we were astonished by the overall looks and atmosphere. Location overall was the best. Your roughly 30 minutes away from the best amusements, such as Orlando Universal Studios, Disney World, and other's attractions. Even Walmart was only five minutes away! With this stay I highly recommend this area for friends and family who want to get away from work (even though I work for Walmart). The front desk even had the best hospitality upon arrival. Definitely come back to again.

Would stay again

Great location across from clubhouse! Danny responded immediately to any issues that arose. The house and clubhouse facilities are very clean. House is a bit more tired looking than the pictures show and the rooms are arranged a bit differently than the listing. We paid extra for the pool heater and by day 3 was warm and beautiful. We couldn't use the solar cover because it was rolled up in the garage, dirty and the ends tattered. The kitchen contained everything I needed to feed my family of 6. We felt very at home for our 5 day stay. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING from toilet paper to garbage bags. There is absolutely nothing in the pantry. (Keep in mind that no pantry items were promised in the listing to be included.) This is not a complaint but I just want to list included items for future guests. Included items: 2 small bars of soap, 2 extra small rolls of toilet paper, 1 dishwasher packet, dish soap refill, and 1 roll of paper towels. Our stay overall was wonderful and I would recommend this property.
