Nuestra VIlla está idealmente ubicada, a 5 millas de Disney World y 2 millas de las autopistas. Estamos a 2 millas de la 192, donde puedes encontrar una gran cantidad de tiendas y muchos restaurantes.

Beautiful home located across from the clubhouse! We loved the location of the property. Communication with the host was great too! Everyone loved having the private pool. Would highly recommended this home to anyone visiting the Kissimmee/Orlando area!

Wonderful for extended families

This home was beautiful, had a great layout and was in a wonderful location. The gated community was very quiet and family friendly.

Our stay during the Christmas holiday was wonderful. The house itself was clean, and very beautiful, including the pool area. We really enjoyed feeling relaxed, comfortable and safe. It’s a perfect vacation house.

Great stay!

We have stayed several times now at Danny’s properties, which are clean, updated and convenient to clubhouse. The house Was well-appointed and had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay with our family of 6. The resort and clubhouse was clean, well-staffed with friendly employees and nice families also on vacation. Will definitely book again.

Great location

The community offers so much, if my family and I would have stayed longer we would have taken advantage of them all. The house was nice my 21yr old and his friend really enjoyed the game room in the garage.

Great stay. Perfect Villa with only one drawback.

I can’t fault the quality of the Villa. Great condition, very clean and lots of fantastic facilities. Only drawback is the location which is close to a noisy main road.

Family holiday

We have been coming to Florida each year and absolutely loved this stay, the resort is so peaceful and quiet. My son loved the fishing, we have even left a rod for others to enjoy. The house has everything and more you would expect. Location is a short ride from everything, definitely be coming back to this one. Thank you Danny for making the check in process so smooth and answering all my questions really quickly.

Fantastic location relative to theme parks, restaurants and shopping! The home was very nice, we all enjoyed the comfort, pleasant decor and private pool. The floorplan was ideal as it gave adequate space for all. Tiki bar food was good and priced fairly based on convenience. Overall the resort was great! Had to report no pool heat that we paid for and a couple of maintenance issues. They did respond in very timely manner. Enjoyed our stay....

Wonderful stay.

This place is a great house to vacation in. It is located right near the clubhouse which was walking distance. If you don’t feel like cooking or driving you can grab something from the clubhouse grill. House was very clean and provided a lot of towels and space. Pool was a plus as well as the pool table and basketball game in the garage. We had three special visitors in the morning and evening. Muscovy Ducks. Driving distance to the parks are good. Lots of places to shop and eat.

Fantastic vacation!

From booking to check out was a wonderful process. The owner was gracious and communicated prior to arrival, the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and beds were comfortable. We loved having our own pool and the game room was a huge bonus! The resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly! We loved the tiki bar and my kids loved the virgin drinks and fries…lol! If we come back to Florida…we will DEFINITELY be reserving here again! The only small issue was not enough trash bags and a few small dead bugs in the drawers we cleaned out when we got there. Otherwise perfect vacation! So glad we chose to stay here!

Great property!

The house was clean and better than the listing made it out to be. Plenty of space for my family of 5 to spread out. Close to downtown Orlando and all the parks, pool was clean and warm, appliances all worked as expected. I did have to call the property management company as we woke up after a rain storm to a ripped screen around the pool. It didn’t change how we used the property but they stated they would be out that day and never showed. Maybe they were waiting until check out to arrive? Overall the place was great and I would definitely rent this property again!!

I would recommend it to everyone

We loved it. The only bad thing is that they need to put a pest control program. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and for someone who isn't used to that is a big issue. At the beginning the pool pump wasn't working but I called and in 15-30 minutes someone was there and fixed it. I really liked that. The decor is awesome, it really feels like home. The layout of the house is also very convenient. I would recommend it to everyone.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed the villa. We were very surprised and worried to read about roaches as we have a monthly contrat with a reputable pest control company. We did not find/see any since your stay but we still mentioned it to them of course. We had 14 stays since your visit and did not had any complaint about roaches ! Nice house but some stuf need to be fixed

House is nice but one of the toilets was not firm it moved alot. When ee git there all the windows were unlocked. Thanks to my husband that he check them we found out before going to sleep. Service at gate not good. We had to wait a couple of minutes for Someone to open the gate for us

Marcus’s Wedding

The location of this home was perfect. It’s located right across from the clubhouse and main pool. The accommodations were a bit deceiving. The pictures make the home seem bigger than it actually is. When we arrived our game room was a mess. The utility closet door was off the hinges and the content of closet was all over the game room. The pool was not working, the floors had not been mopped and their were no provision to help us maintain the cleanliness of the property. The main bathrooms shower liner was completely ripped and hanging off the pole. Their was no hand soap or dish detergent to wash dishes and no sponge. When we went to go use the grill it was dirty and there was no propane. We couldn’t find the grilling tools or the scrub brush to clean the grill. We also rented the Orlando Bloom 2 doors down, my whole family was in town for my sons wedding. Thankfully your second property was completely stocked, clean and ready for the people staying on that property. I would like my cleaning deposit back. As a person who manages vacation rentals for several owners, I was shocked and very disappointed.

Great location & communication

We’ve stayed at several different homes at Terra Verde and this was definitely the cleanest and best location. We had a bad storm while there and the TV stopped working. The owner was quick to respond, and had a new TV there in two days. The property manager also had great communication . Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

This is by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed in! Everything was pristine! The layout of the house was perfect and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Everything you would need as a guest has been thought of…from pool floats to coolers to beach chairs. The location was fantastic and the resort was great! We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the snack bar for a quick lunch. My husband had to do some work from the house and commented on how fast the WiFi was! The personal pool was so relaxing! Everything was clean and well maintained. Being a property on the end means only one neighbor to the left of you and wooded privacy to the right. The check in and out process was flawless and the owner was very thorough with communication and detailed instructions! I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice vacation

Nice place, good communication with owner. In the past, having stayed at other villas in Terra Verde, I have been disappointed with the pool heat at the various villas. The pools never got warm. Not with this villa, however. The owner has put in a more powerful heater and the pool was very pleasant. The villa is close to the clubhouse, which is nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Property was very clean and we used everything from the sauna to the heated pool to the tiki hut for drinks cornhole pool table grill, ect. Great place to stay for visiting saint augustine. Would stay here again. One issue with some dust on fan blades and blinds which was very minor. Everything shown was what we got no surprises.
