Bethany Beach Sleeps 14 - 4 BDRM + Private Den w/ Queen Sleeper

This SPECTACULAR home has 4-bedrooms each w/PRIVATE bathroom (sleeps 12) and a private den with sleeper sofa on the first floor (sleeps 2). Note: 4 of twin beds/ bunk room more suitable for kids. Recently purchased all NEW appliances!! This retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Bethany West neighborhood (community across from St. Ann’s Catholic Church.)

Short walk to downtown Bethany and beach (1 mile/approx. 15 min walk) and steps away from pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, basketball court, kayak ramp, and Trolley route (ride to town and beach). *Activities and Trolley only available in season - typically, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The home features a spacious, beautifully decorated great room with vaulted ceilings and large flat screen television. There is an additional living area, as well as a large screened in porch and deck for reading, playing games or quiet conversations.

*Two (2) community pools, *tennis and pickle ball courts, *workout room, playground and basketball court. *Activity fee is $30 per person/per week or $10 per person/per day - paid to the community upon arrival. Pools are typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Recently replaced Refrigerator, Microwave, Double Oven, and Dishwasher!!

Amenities include two-zone central air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerator/freezers, and Wi-Fi enabled internet connectivity. The fully stocked kitchen includes a double oven, gas stove, microwave, stainless steel dishwasher, and refrigerator. High chair and pack/play available. Ring doorbell utilized for monitoring departure of cleaning crew in hopes of getting you in early.

Renters must bring their own linens (sheets/towels/kitchen towels) or easily rent them from a local company that provides drop off and pick up as part of the rental package.

July and August rentals are only available for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday).

Bedroom 2 - 2nd floor (Queen); ceiling fan, tv, bathroom w/shower

Bedroom 4 - 2nd floor (2 bunk beds - total of 2 Full and 4 Twin (note: 2 Twins are trundles stowed under the Full beds); Big screen tv, bathroom w/shower.

We had an excellent experience renting this Bethany Beach house. The Host, Lisa, was easy to reach quickly and very responsive to our questions and needs. We gained access 3 hours ahead of schedule. Checking In and Checking out was easy. The house was roomy and comfortable for our group of 3 couples and four young children. The house was decorated and furnished with good quality furnishings more like a home than a typical rental, with plenty of seating and places to hang out. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and appliances, all in good shape for large family meals. There was ample parking on the property for several cars.The neighborhood is attractive and the beach is an easy .8 mile walk on sidewalks with cross-walks and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Thank you Lisa for our enjoyable stay. (Aug 16 - Aug 23)

6 adults, 5 kids,and 1 AWESOME week! Lisa's home is absolutely amazing! Highlights for us were the screened-in porch, the kids' bunk room, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom. Check-in was a breeze and Lisa was super quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood is great and the free trolley was a fun way to get into town.Bethany Beach will not disappoint! We can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Eger family!

The house is spacious and beautiful, an easy 15-20 minute walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well appointed. Nine of us had plenty of room to gather together or find separate space. The kitchen had every item we might need. I recommend a larger dish strainer! :) The screened in patio was especially lovely for morning coffee or evening drinks. I highly recommend this property!

Lovely, super well-equipped home in fabulous location

We had such a lovely long weekend here! The home is very well equipped with everything you could ask for and lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy a mini vacation. Check in and out was seamless and Lisa was very easy to communicate with.

This property was excellent. We loved it.The host was wonderful and kind she was very prompt with answering all my questions. The house is huge.it was eight of us and we had plenty of bedrooms. We sat and talk it felt like we were at home. The house was decorated perfect. The kitchen and master bedroom was gorgeous. The outside had so many places to sit and chat.

Perfect for a large group

Wonderful property, even better than pictures show. The home is large, which is great when you want to be with your whole family, but feel like you all get your own space. Even the bunk room beds were comfy. The cleaning service does a great job and the owner does a great job managing the property -- this was definitely the cleanest Bethany rental we have had . Furnishings are well maintained and many are new. All the extra amenities you need to feel at home are provided, from juicers and waffle makers, extra blankets, and toothbrushes if you forgot. Owner was able to offer some flexibility with checking in and out, which was appreciated. The provided beach cart and extra beach items was very helpful.

Close to the beach

Our family group stayed here for a week. We went to the nearby pool and played pickleball, very convenient to the house. We also enjoyed being close to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very spacious, with multiple areas for our guests to relax and read or work.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the best family vacation at Lisa’s Bethany house. Communication was top notch and check in was a breeze. The house was exactly as pictured and we immediately felt at home. It was spacious, well maintained and had everything we could possibly need and more! The location was absolutely perfect for our group. We loved being able to choose to walk, drive or take the trolley to Bethany (which the kids got a huge kick out of). Both pools were fantastic and walkable. We can’t wait to stay again next year! So happy to have found “our spot” down at the beach.

Perfect House for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy! The location made it possible to walk into town and we used the trolley once. The parking passes were a bonus when it came time to find a parking space at Bethany Beach on a summer weekend. We would definitely consider rentiing here again. It was the best stocked home we have ever rented and the size made it possible for families to have their own space. We loved the screened-in-porch in the evening.

Great house for our family vacation

Owner Lisa was wonderful to work with. The house was spacious and very functional. Our family of 11 people fit comfortably in this house. Its very close to all the activities. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will most definitely return as well. A+

Great Memorial Day Stay!

We had a fantastic time over Memorial Day with three generations. The house was just as advertised, very clean and well stocked. Proximity to the beach and shops was very convenient as well. Definitely a recommended property and the owner's were very responsive and helpful!

Great two week stay

Everything was great. There were even extra touches that made the stay very pleasant for all. Lisa was wonderful, and we highly recommend the house. Good house, good management, good stay.

Family vacation

Our family had a really nice stay at Lisa’s! The house is huge, clean, and has little extras here and there. The kitchen is wonderful. The house is in a great location, as it’s a few minutes walk from the front pool, and it’s close to the main road while still being on a cul-de-sac. The beach is walkable, but the parking passes allowed us to more easily lug all of the beach items down. Lisa was quick to respond when we had questions, and I could tell she really cares about her guests’ experiences. Would recommend staying here!

Great House!

Loved our stay here. About a mile from the beach so very easy to walk or can take the free trolley. House also comes with 2 beach parking passes which made everything very easy. House was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The screened porch was amazing! Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Wedding Getaway

We were a group of 13 friends/family that stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. This house could not have been more perfect for the group of us! It was extremely spacious and had so many areas to relax and socialize including a screened in outdoor porch, a deck, and multiple other sitting areas! All the rooms have an associated bathroom which was fabulous and everyone had decent sized bed to sleep in. The location is wonderful as it was a .5 mi walk to all the shops and beach that Bethany has to offer. The house was very clean, the check in process was seamless, Lisa was very communicative, and the house was well stocked with anything we could need! We will 1000% be staying here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this house so much. It was a perfect fit for three families. Everything you could ever need is provided and the communication with the owners was amazing. The place is much larger than the pictures looked. I wish we could have stayed for the whole week. Looking forward to visiting again!
