Important Note: This apartment does not have a stove. Instead, there’s a convenient wet bar area equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and toaster oven.

One Night Stay Over the Summer

My husband and I stayed here for a one nights rest during a road trip up the east coast. Safe neighborhood with a minutes walk to the beach. The backyard is a perfect size to relax and the hot tub was a bonus! Melissa was so thoughtful and left us a bottle of wine and a surprise gift. The little notes around the house explaining how everything worked was a great touch too. I'd definitely recommend it if you want to stay at Isle of Palms but don't need to rent a 9 bedroom beach house. Perfect space for a small family or girlstrip.

Amazing IOP house

We feel very fortunate to have found this amazing property on a last minute search for a beach property. Property was gorgeous andMelissa was amazing to work with while booking, answering questions very quickly. Highly recommend this property!!!!

Great spot!

Loved this place for our anniversary get away. Great location with short walk to the beach. Very private yard with soothing hot tub and outdoor shower. We would love to stay again when we return to IOP.

Melissa was an excellent host! The property was amazing, especially the backyard! My husband and I traveled with our dogs and it was such a fun get away with the hot tub and the super easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time on the Isle and an enjoyable stay at this property. It was everything we had hoped for. Melissa was quick to respond to any questions we had. She's a fantastic hostess! I highly recommend this adorable, super clean property!!

Amazing location

We had a wonderful time staying at this house for five nights. The house was very clean and it was exactly as described. The beach was just a block away, so that was a plus for us. We really loved the outdoor shower as well. Melissa was very easy to get in touch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We would love to come back in the future.

Adorable property about a block from the beach. Clean and neat! Melissa was very easy and quick to communicate with. We loved that the beach allows dogs (and you can let them run around off their leash until 9am!)

Charming, Great Location

Our family stayed for five nights at this lovely little apartment. The location is great… Just a half a block to the beach. We had just enough room for the four of us, and were thankful that the property was welcoming to our dogs. Exceptional amenities and features: the fenced-in backyard, location, very comfortable master bed, outdoor shower, charming decor, very clean. This would be a great stay for a long weekend or a couple getting away. For those that like to cook you may be limited on space, but you can make it work with a couple of grocery store runs. The sound from the other half of the house was never an issue…The walls are very thick. The noise did carry from the adjacent backyard though. The owner/manager was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. She also added many little touches to our stay that made it memorable, which was just above and beyond our normal stay on the island. We will definitely consider this location again when returning to IOP!

Great location! Fun little bungalow for a small group.

Bed was super comfy! The extra bedroom was great to put our infant in the pack n play. Backyard is adorable and hot tub was a nice touch. Our dog had a great time. The outdoor shower was super helpful for us, the dog, and all our stuff with the sand. The stretch of beach that you easily access is not crowded at all. The host is very responsive and friendly. They provide many nice touches including shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, a Roku tv, and more. Master bedroom chandelier was pretty cool and the place was decorated very fun for a vacation place! We unfortunately got rained out most days, and the biggest downside to this place I would say is lack of a laundry room or covered outdoor place to hang your towels/clothes to dry. We left with many wet/mildewy items.

Fun on the island

We had a blast staying here. The proximity to the beach and stores/restaurants made everything easy. The golf cart was a lot of fun also, we parked the car and didn’t get back in until we left. The beds were super comfortable. The special gift at the end of the trip really capped it off. Thanks for a great trip!

Perfect spot

This house was exactly what we were looking for — nice yard to hang out and it is shaded by a big tree so it was just the right temperature and the kids could hang in the hot tub while the adults chatted. I was sorry we were just here for 2 days and didn’t have a chance to use the grill and hang out more but instead were running around for wedding events. The upstairs is 2 rooms and a bathroom and downstairs Is the living room and yard. It was very clean and thoughtfully appointed and the communication with the owner was great! Definitely recommend!!

Awesome stay!

Melissa's place was super clean and all around special! She has thought of everything. The backyard was awesome to sit in in the evening when we arrived. We had my daughter's dog with us and she seemed right at home with a place to be fenced in so as to not have to be leashed. The set up inside was so cute! The walk to the beach at IOP was just a short jaunt and the day on the beach was lovely! Thank you, Melissa for being so thoughtful with your gifts as well! - Joanne M

Perfect short stay

We were only there 2 nights and it worked out perfect for our family of 4.. Close to the beach and a quick bike ride down to the restaurants. The back yard was super cute, we spend both nights at the outdoor table playing board games. Will keep this place in my favorite for sure.

Would stay forever

Such an amazing stay! Everything is so thoughtful and beautiful- I didn’t want to leave! The backyard is so cozy, the decor inside is amazing and everything is INCREDIBLY clean and comfortable. Everything one would need is right where you want it including games and beach toys. I stayed with my daughter and our little doggie and we had an absolute blast. The location is perfect- a 1 min drive to the main stores and a 1 min walk to the beach. The host is a dream- super responsive, helpful...above and beyond. An utter delight.

Beautiful and convenient rental

The property was very clean and well maintained. No issues during stay. Host is amazing. The backyard area was perfect to use the shower outside when coming back from the beach and to have meals outside. The inside has a nice den/kitchen and upstairs has the bathrooms and bedrooms. The rental is very convenient to the beach (public access 23) is a block away and to both Isle of Palms town center (3 minutes by car) and to Sullivan's Isle. It is also very easy to go into Charleston. Would highly recommend. Had a great time.
