Beach, Bikes and Bark Park!

Situated on a quiet street a block off of Palm Blvd, this quaint beach cottage has all the amenities to make your beach vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one.

Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 dining areas and a screened in porch, there is ample space for families with pets, girls or guys trips or empty nesting snow birds! A well stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill allow for easy meal prep and family time.

Enjoy mornings and afternoons on the deck or screened in porch for coffee or cocktails; chill out in the well appointed family room with large sectional pullout and flat screen TV features Netflix, Apple TV and various games, puzzles and books.

A stones throw away is the Isle of Palms Rec Center with a playground, basketball courts and tennis & pickle ball. Our Pet guests are welcome visitors to the Bark Park and the Rec Center also features a Cardio Room and frisbee golf course. As a visitor of the beach cottage, the use of all Isle of Palms Rec Center facilities are included.

Enter the beach at either of 2 public beach access points less than 2 blocks away. Ride bikes to the nearby restaurants, the marina or the sunset deck at islander 71 for dinner and sunset views of the marsh and inter coastal waterway.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed and bath linens s are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company.

$250 dollar pet fee plus 14% tax. 2 dogs allowed per stay.

NOTE: YARD IS NOT FULLY FENCED. DOGS CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN YARD.

MAXIMUM 3 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

Amazing location. Cute little house. Parking for 2-3 cars. Nice deck out back with outdoor shower. Dog friendly - loved walking the dogs to and from the beach from the house. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway to IOP

We loved our stay at this home in IOP. It had plenty of areas to spread out or get away for a nap. Easy walk to beautiful beach that was not as crowded as the beach close to the pier. I would highly recommend this place and we will hopefully be back.

Cute Vacation Cottage

My family and I enjoyed our stay on the Isle of Palm. The home was comfortable and close to the beach. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and especially so in the evening. We were mainly there for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. We would like to return in the cooler months to enjoy more outside activities.

Cozy and relaxing

We loved the house!

We had a wonderful time! The beach house had so much charm. It was so cozy! The den allowed our older boys to enjoy each other and there was a great space to complete a puzzle. The location was great! From the kitchen to the comfortable beds I can’t say enough! I can’t wait to visit this cottage again!

Great stay!

This property was in the perfect location, right between the beach and the park. Perfect for families and pets! My husband and I enjoyed taking a stroll through the neighborhood each day. The bikes were also a great touch, we had a great time riding them down to the marina. Would stay again.

Great house!

This was a great spot for our family of four and dog. Very easy, quick walk to the beach and just a block from a really nice community park with a playground, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. The house is cozy and beachy with a lovely front porch. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. We’d definitely rent it again!

We will be back!

We have rented many a pet-friendly home over the past 10 years, and this is the ONLY one that provided sheets to cover the furniture! I always bring a few with us, but it was very nice to have them provided. The home is lovely…furniture is comfortable, the rooms are nice sizes and there is plenty of space to do whatever we wanted. The weather let us enjoy the screened porch (and swing!) as well as the back patio. We loved being able to walk to the IOP Rec Center for a variety of activities and it was a short, easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Convenient, clean and quiet

Lovely area, convenient to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We stayed with our children and 2 dogs over the Christmas holiday. The house was comfortable, the neighborhood quiet. We would love to come back in warmer weather!

Perfect Beach Thanksgiving

Everything was just right for a wonderful family gathering at Thanksgiving. Short walk to the beach. Lovely park, playground, dog park and pickle ball courts just a block inland. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Porch swing in screen porch was the favorite place to relax. Plenty of space for our six adults plus a toddler and two pups.

Nice Property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that we had our two small dogs with us and the yard was not completely fenced in. The parts that were fenced in the slats were far enough apart for the dogs to fit through. So we had to put them on a leash to go out in the yard. It just would have been nicer to be able to let them out. Overall awesome home! We had a great time!

Perfect Beach Home

What a comfortable cottage with a lovely front porch, nice outdoor space in backyard to relax and grill out, and nicely furnished and appointed. Quiet neighborhood feel yet easy walk to beach. Definitely will stay there again.

Vacation on the Isle

Nice property and location. Very clean and had necessary equipment in the kitchen since we planned to eat in most nights. Was a very quiet and private cottage. Really enjoyed the screened porch! Would rent again.
