Splash of 7 and 7 (cottage 77) is the 2nd largest cottage and is conveniently located at the end of the main road by the pool. Enjoy the hot tub or private jacuzzi at this updated lake house. The vaulted ceiling, granite countertops, washer/dryer, full size kitchen and more give you all the comforts of home while on vacation. This cottage is kid friendly and has many movies, games, etc.

The cottage was beautiful! Our stay was lovely. There was a communication issue in the beginning but it seemed to work out. We didn't get all of our questions answered from the host. Some amenities that were supposed to be available or not. All necessary amenities were available and adequate.

A delightful experience

We spent a couple of nights on the way home from Kalamazoo. We got there late, but the home was easy to find. The Master bedroom was wonderful, with the big jacuzzi tub. The open living and dining room was very nice. Especially delightful was the pool next door which was perfect for the grandkids.

Nice and cozy

The rooms were spacious for the four of us that stayed there. Location was very easy to find and our view was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again

Very cute cottage

The cottage was clean and the rooms were big and spacious. They supply most anything you need like fans, ironing board, washer/dryer ect. Once we figured out the controls to the hot tub it worked great. Beds were comfortable but upstairs shower didnt work. Would recommend but there is no lake view like it states.

Great place to stay near Louisville

Cottage 77 on Grand View was excellent....very spacious private and perfect for couples. We had 5 folks with plenty of room. Enjoyed the hot tub. I recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the Louisville area.

Bourbon Trip

Never could contact the owner thru VRBO's app for door codes and such so luckily got his contact info another way. Cabin was nice except for the cleanliness was poor....spider webs in lamps, dead flies in chandelier above kitchen table, lots of food crumbs under oven, and carpeting was dirty. Pretty disappointed to pay a cleaning fee and have this.

Poor communication

First of all the house was nice & the location was perfect for where we needed to be. The communication with the host was not great. He was very slow to respond. And the biggest problem was it got really cold and the heater in the house did not work. Travis came to try & help my in-laws on Saturday, but the host nor the property owners answered or responded, which is unacceptable. Other friends & family in the neighborhood had good experiences!

Great potential with a side of disappointment

The property has a lot of potential. It would be a great place to stay if only... We had a lot of issues while staying here (didn't receive check-in instructions until 2 hours after arrival, the furnace didn't work, we were locked out when the battery in the door lock died etc.). These issues were exacerbated by delayed communication from the owner. Notably, we shifted two days of our vacation plans to address the furnace issue, which was never repaired.

Labor Day getaway

Neat, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy access to highways and a short drive to marina. Pool right across the street. The only drawback is an obstructed view of the lake due to full foliage on trees . Definitely stay again drive to Louisville was not too far but far enough to get away from city hustle and bustle.

Cottage with a beautiful lake view

Our family enjoyed our stay at cottage 77. What a beautiful view. The back deck, front porch and both upstairs balconies provided so much to see. We got lucky and the temperature in December was more like early fall. The hot tub provided the teenagers with lots of relaxation and quiet time for the adults. The cottage had just about everything we could think of- let alone need. The layout is great for spending time in large groups. The games, movies and books selection were an added bonus. With three bedrooms and three baths no one was fighting for space or the bathroom. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. So pleased with this rental. It’s a rare gem. We look forward to our next visit.

Weekend Get-Away for Fishing/Lake Time

We loved our time at the lake house. Despite cooler temperatures, we still had a blast as a family. Plenty of room, clean, and great location. we loved the hot tub and the grill that were provided. Having a separate bathroom for every bedroom was great too so that everyone could have their own space. The marina was nice and helpful. Would recommend this lakehouse to anyone who is looking for an affordable get-away that easily had room for our 9 guests (6 adults, 3 kids).
