Family vacation

Our family does an annual vacation in boji every year and have stayed at a variety of cabins and condos. This cabin was perfect for us! We loved the deck, dock and fire pit. Everything was clean and lots of kitchen supplies. Plenty of space to accommodate us all and cozy comfortable furniture. Having two tables on the deck was a plus for our group of 9. Five stars and would recommend to friends and other family. It is also a great location and easy quick trip to barefoot or Hy-Vee/Walmart!!

Lovely property

We had a really great time staying here for the week. The pictures don't really tell the whole story. This house is the ideal set up for families needing four bedrooms and has plenty of space. Kitchen very well stocked with about every utensil you would need and the high end gas grill is great. Loved having the large capacity washer and dryer. Deck off the house offers a great view of the lake with plenty of space for the entire family, and the dock on the lake was fantastic for the kids to fish. This happens to be an area of East Lake with great fishing, and the kids caught and released at least 50 the week we stayed. Francis Sites area where this house resides is an easy five minute drive to the main attractions/shops and grocery stores, but in a quiet residential area and road with little traffic, with parking for four vehicles if needed. The house does not have wifi but honestly we didn't really need it. Ben was very quick to return texts and an awesome host. I would recommend this property to anyone with no hesitation.

Perfect lakeside retreat

We stayed at the house for Labor Day weekend with some friends. The house was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the deck and the outside furniture. The dock was an added bonus for swimming at the house. The location is perfect. We brought our boat and it was a quick 10 minute drive to the boat dock. If you are looking for a cozy house to enjoy the lake and unplug and recharge this is the perfect place.

31st Okoboji summer trip

Ben's property was the nicest place we have stayed at. Location was good, property had eveything we needed. From the deck furniture, grill to the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. We could not ask for anything more. Great having a laundry room it sure saved on the packing from home.

This house was everything we needed and more! Location and amenities were perfect. Beautifully upgraded home with fabulous views. Will definitely stay here again if available!

Perfect Girls Getaway

The cabin was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! Very clean and amazing location right on the lake with a wonderful dock and deck. The locations is removed from the busy part of town but close enough to access all events and sites easily. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Sunsets and sunrises

This property location was exactly what we were looking for. Two master suites was ideal for the senior married couples in our family. The dock/deck and lakeside location were fabulous for family swims at the dock as well as paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, and dockside pickups when we rented a pontoon for the day. (The owner left us a canoe to use as well) The weekend fireworks at Arnolds Park were visible from the dock. The Beach Boys concert was also audible from the dock. We were surprised there was no wifi or television but it was not a problem. It brought our family closer together for the week. There were a few basic kitchen utensils/pans we had to purchase and leave. This is a new VRBO and I'm sure within 6 months the pantry will be overflowing with additional stuff. Overall a fantastic stay. We have been using VRBO's for family reunion/vacations for almost 10 years throughout the US and this is one of the best.

Wonderful!

This cabin is exactly as pictured! Everything about it is relaxing and serene. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The location and the view can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to family and friends. Lastly, the owners were very easy to work with. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!
