Charming, Private, Poolside Cottage

Quiet and spacious poolside cottage, detached, on private property with its own bathroom, kitchenette, access, washer/dryer. Studio floorplan. Saltwater pool and spa, large shared yard (owner lives on site in main house) Fireplace, wi-fi, king size bed, large space. Brand new Beautyrest Silver mattress, sheets, towels, etc. Pool is heated from April through November. It can be heated for your stay by request for an extra fee. ** To be clear, this not a public pool. It is a private pool but please know that the pool and jacuzzi are shared with other property guests and the owner’s family in the main house.

Everything! The pool house was clean and efficient. TV worked well, bed was comfortable, shower fantastic, and plenty of space in the bathroom for stuff. The kitchen area was well-stocked.We enjoyed the outdoor area and Cooper, the visiting dog!Would definitely stay here again!The walk into the little town is nothing. Great places for breakfast.

Very clean and well stocked. Hot tub was nice and clean, yard was pristine and enjoyable to sit in. Host was very responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We loved staying here and enjoyed seeing the co-host, Cooper the dog.

We highly recommend this wonderful poolside cottage. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The description and pictures of the property/cottage are spot on. Communications with Steven was incredible. We will definitely be booking this property in the future.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the space and especially enjoyed the hot tub. In addition there are excellent birds in the area and we enjoyed watching the humming birds zip around the property.

Check-in was seamless, with clear and detailed instructions that made arrival stress-free. The property itself is charming and peaceful, tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Street parking was convenient and easy to find. We stayed in the poolside cottage and couldn’t have been happier with it. The space was spacious, spotless, and very private, making it the perfect place to unwind after a full day. It felt thoughtfully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We happened to meet the owner briefly, and he was incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, we’re very grateful for the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home.

We stayed in this lovely poolside cottage for a month while I had a fellowship in Pasadena. It was just perfect! The neighborhood is very quiet, the cottage has a truly comfortable king bed and a silent split heat/AC unit, as well as a fully stocked kitchenette. The beautiful pool was refreshing--it was 95 all of August--and a soak in the hot tub before bed was the perfect antidote to spending my day hovering over my laptop. We could not have had a more enjoyable stay!

I can't put into words how amazing this stay was. Every little detail has thought put into it. The garden and pool were absolute paradise, the waterfall, the hot tub, Cooper! (Such a sweetie) I am flying home now and it breaks my heart to leave. This was such a special trip and Steven's thoughtfulness and hospitality were a huge part of it. Hands down the best place I've ever stayed in my life. I can't wait to come back.

Great stay

This place has all you need for a romantic getaway. We totally loved staying here. Close to Universal Studios but even better close to the mountains and hiking.

lovely place

What a lovely place. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a comfy cute guest house. Sweet, furry, greeter. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Steven was the best host you could ask for. The check-in/out process was easy. He is around if you need anything and has a precious dog named Cooper you can play with. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Phenomenal property, very nice owner, great stay!

Beautiful room in a great neighborhood that was an easy drive from the Burbank airport. Everything about this place is wonderful. Amazing water pressure, clean and bright room, extremely comfortable king bed. Highly recommend!

I was born, raised, and STILL live in Glendale, CA at 53 years old. My dream is to live somewhere else before I die. I vacation in exotic locations like Burbank and Pasadena, just to get away from it all. Seriously, I'm a nice guy, engineer and civil servant, who wants to make a little extra $ hosting and meeting some neat people from places elsewhere. It's a great neighborhood and a neat place that isn't close- but isn't far- from pretty much anywhere in LA. Photo coming!
