Spacious, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Romantic Zone, on a beautiful, quiet street, steps away from the bars, clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. Just a short walk to the beach.

The space
Very comfortable, newly-renovated, one-bedroom luxury apartment with high-end, king-size bedding, white linens, black out curtains, kitchen, high-speed WiFi (500+), purified drinking water straight from the tap, high-pressure rain shower and all modern appliances that you need for an unforgettable vacation. There are two couches in the living room which can accommodate two more guests. The building is located on a flat, quiet green street with no hills or steps. There is no construction anywhere around the house which is rare for PV. It is a tranquil space with no late-night noise.
This is a quiet building: We aim to provide comfortable and relaxing place for our guests after a day of experiencing Puerto Vallarta. As such we do not allow parties, loud noises, or excessive number of visitors which cause disturbances to other guests. The Oxxo store (Mexican 7/11) is right around the corner. No smoking
Is building has a no smoking (including, cigarettes and marihuana) in the apartments and in the common areas of the building.
If you need to smoke, we kindly ask you to step outside the building.

Guest access
Washer and drier are available from 10 am. till 10 pm. Complimentary laundry detergent and cleaning products are in the laundry room.
