Alfredo was very easy to communicate with. The pictures of the property is exactly what you get. Location was not the same as the listing, but still close by to where I needed to be. Location on the listing page showed closer to Pollo Feliz, but when I got the reservation confirmation, the property was up the hill pass Farmacie Guadalajara, closer to Tunnel Bar.

Perfect for One

This was a gorgeous little gem of a place. Basically a hotel room (coffee maker, refrig, microwave) but so much more. The decor was simply beautiful, with a small balcony where I had coffee every morning and a rooftop pool (always had it to myself) with a stunning view of the city and Banderas Bay. The neighborhood feels comfortable and safe (although the last 2 blocks involve a steep hill) with some good little restaurants and shops nearby; about a 15 minute walk from the Los Muertos Beach area.

Beautiful building, lovely condo~

The building is incredibly beautiful. Location is in a lovely neighborhood. It was fun making friends with a couple of cats down the street. The studio condo is perfecto and very stylish. I loved my 9 day stay.

Modern yet homey sweet little spot in Alta Vista neighborhood

I much enjoyed my four nights here. It's a private bedroom and bath with its own entrance in a several-unit condominium complex with a small pool and beautiful patio area on the rooftop along with a delightful view. The street is a fun mixture of modern and rustic, and on a hill (I actually appreciated that fact after some of my meals below), and a 10- or 12-minute walk will get you into the thick of things in the Zona Romantica. You're just off the beaten trail by a few blocks. The bedroom was quite comfortable to be in, and the place is very well cared for. I interacted with three of the people helping to operate the condo building during my stay, and they were all super helpful and nice. Will definitely have pleasant memories of staying here.

Very comfortable

This place is walking distance to everything in Zona Romantica and even Centro. It's off the main roads which means it's not too noisy which I appreciate. Everything went smooth and the host is very easy to connect with. The rooftop pool area is really nice and the view is great. No issues as long as you plan to eat out mostly.

Perfect little studio

I’ve stayed here 3 times and it’s great if you jsut want a cute well decorated studio that’s quiet with a very nice small rooftop pool and sun deck. It’s close to all the action but removed enough that it’s still quiet.

Nice little place !

The suite was exactly as advertised. Nice bed with a cute balcony to sit out on. The bathroom was also modern and clean. I may have interpreted the pics wrong but the pool was much smaller than it looked in the advertisement and is more of a wading pool. The other thing to mention is the place is on a fairly steep hill. If you have mobility issues or tire quickly an uber could be in order. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and was able to get to the beach and main areas in 10 to 12 mins walking NP. Alfredo replied to any of my questions within the hour and was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit !

Great place in Zona Romántica

Beautiful room in a safe and private building. The view on the rooftop is incredible. Zona Romántica is a great location, lots to do and see. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back!

Great location, fun property, wifi spotty

The location was great, just get ready for a walk up the hill! The wifi didn't work the entire stay but that's okay since you're in PVR to enjoy the outdoors.

A lovely short stay!

I have been coming to Vallarta for many years and am in the process of building my own condo. There are certain amenities I look for, but namely a comfortable bed is the most critical. This cozy space was great for me as a solo traveler & the massive bathroom was quite nice, with plenty of shelving to easily unpack my suitcase and feel at home. Having a small balcony was great for dining with my partner in the evening and sharing a glass of wine. The rooftop of this building had gorgeous evening views & was also quite spacious with only a handful of units in the entire building. Yes there is a bit of an incline to access the building but I am quite used to it! Also the gal managing the property was so friendly as was Alfredo who arranged access to the unit! A+++++ !!!

!!BEST PLACE IN ZONA ROMANTICA!!!

Most amazing staff, facilities are top notch, the roof pool and security is amazing. Would love to stay there again when I pass through the area. My only recommendation in bring your own batteries for the safe so that you can use the combination. Bed is so soft. WIFI TV has all services and the staff truly care about your stay and will help in any way they can.

Very comfortable, clean and secure! The rooftop patio has the most amazing view of PV and the ocean. Pool was clean. I have already booked a second stay. Highly recommend.

Great hospitality and nice place

Super clean and authentic. Helped me with anything I needed and also invited me to new year dinner. Anything I needed was there and more. Location is a bit far from the center and there are some constructions around.
