Hello my name is Kevin and I am blessed to have my beautiful wife and five children you see pictured. I run a small company in Nebraska that solely relies on the relationships and friendships I build with others. I was originally from a small farming community in Iowa and I became interested in working with my Father at a young age. After college I moved to Omaha where I met my wife Joy. Joy is originally from Beijing China and we met in Omaha where she had been living a few years with her Son. Together we run our small company and decided to take on a new challenge. We absolutely love this home and we appreciate you selecting it for your place to vacation. My family and I purchased this home in September2020. We fell in love the moment we first walked through the doors. We recognized the potential in this big lovely home. We got to work right away and began updating the kitchen and living room right away. Our plan was to make this home an amazing place for our family and yours. The living room was so open and perfect to host a large movie night. It's going to be amazing throwing on the game or watching a movie on one of the many included streaming services. The other cool area is the screened-in porch. This is a perfect place for additional eating or relaxing with a glass of wine. It has a fan, lighting, plenty of seating, and a view of the generously sized pool. It will be difficult to find a property with so many beautifully lit, mature palm trees. It really does feel like an oasis. What makes this property so special is the amount of indoor and outdoor living space. The home itself is over 3500 square feet but if you add up the bonus areas it's much much larger. The two master bedrooms are also fantastic. Finally, the reason you came in the first place is the BEACH. This home sits one block from the most spectacular beach I have ever been too. When you first step on that sand you will get it.
