The home sleeps up to 4 people with the queen bed in the bedroom, and the comfortable memory foam mattress in the plush sleeper sofa in the living room. You can relax in the leather recliners or sit at the spacious dining table while enjoying views of the beautiful Flagstaff mountains and trees through the wall of windows in the living room.

The living room seamlessly flows into a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Whether you are whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or enjoying a leisurely dinner after a day of exploration, the kitchen offers convenience and functionality.

This welcoming home has central heat and air conditioning which is an added bonus in the summer months when temperatures can climb into the 90’s.

Outside, a private patio awaits, offering the perfect spot to savor a morning cup of coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains. A barbecue grill provides the opportunity for alfresco dining, where you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountain surroundings.

The home has the following amenities:

Living area: flat screen smart TV with cable and Netflix, DVD playrt, games, free wi-fi.

Outdoors: large wrap around deck with beautiful views, gas grill, outdoor dining table, chairs, love seat, sofa table, and sun umbrella.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, dish soap, cookware, dishes, glassware, Kuerig, complimentary coffee and tea pods, toaster, microwave, blender, crock pot and spices.

Bathroom: shower/tub, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries.

You are steps away from the driving range and Timberline Short Nine, a 3 par 9 hole golf course. Continental Country Club is also steps away where you can play on the public 18 hole golf course, or you can eat/drink at the popular Oakmont Restaurant/bar. The restaurant periodically hosts music on the patio as well as other fun events through out the year that make your visit truly enjoyable. Access to the club's private ammenities which includes two pools, pickleball courts, and a workout facility are available for an additional fee.

There are so many great things to do and see in and around Flagstaff. The home has many hiking and biking trails within walking distance, close to historic downtown, Snowbowl, the sledding hill, as well as short drives to the Grand Canyon, Williams, Winslow, Sedona, Camp Verde, Lake Mary, Lake Powell and more!
