1 BDRM apartment - Great Location!

Within walking distance from campus AND downtown, this garden-level private apartment is a great find in Laramie. Clean, recently updated and painted, you will rest well on the memory foam matress or memory foam futon. This place has what you need to make it your home away from home. A free, designated parking spot and free off-street parking make things easy and uncomplicated. Self check-in means you can arrive anytime after check-in time at your convenience. Don't miss this Gem City gem!

The apartment is fully set up for guests. The boiler room is locked as well as the supply cabinet, but other than that, it’s all for guests.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

You’re so close to Laramie’s thriving downtown and the UW campus.

There’s plenty of street parking in addition to the designated parking spot. Laramie has UBER and Lyft available as well.

This is a garden level apartment. The windows are above ground. It has shorter ceilings and may not be suitable for someone over 6’2”

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

The bed was very nice but I am 6'6" and I cannot tell you how many time I hit my head on the beam going into the bathroom and the light fixtures in the ceiling of the house. They were working on the part of the house upstairs and was playing the music very loud. Had to find a library to do some work. They would park in the slot reserved for the apartment and at night there were not very many spaces on the street

Its a cute basement Apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, cups, microwave, about everything you could need for your stay. The bed is extremely comfortable. As far as booking the Apartment. Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice & very helpful.The only slight downside was the little porch outside was not swept & we kept tracking dirt inside, so i swept it clean & then swept the apt floors clean. And the walls in the kitchen need a good cleaning. But for the price we paid we'd say this Apartment was definitely worth it.

Appearances can be deceiving

Apartment appeared to be clean but after taking my tennis shoes off and walking around barefoot my feet were filthy. Place could use a good deep cleaning and some new paint in areas.

Clean, nice, comfortable

I enjoyed this apartment it was clean nice and relaxing in the basement so it’s nice and cool on hot days. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment overall was comfortable feel like there was lots of room.

Quick Trip

My son started college in Laramie, I had booked this earlier knowing the dates we would be there. It was simple and my questions were answered quickly. Easy access, close to everything in the middle of town. It had what we needed for the time we were there. Would recommend this property.

This was perfect for a quick trip to move my son in at WyoTech. It is a small space, but when you aren't spending tons of time there, that doesn't matter. It was very clean, and had just what we needed!

Very confusing regarding parking. Not very clean. No sound on the TV. Called to get assistance on how to turn on the heat and was unable to get a response’s. I checked out at 7:00 am on my check out date. For some unknown reason I have been charged an extra 150 dollars. I payed in full and left the place clean.

Clean and Comfortable

I came to Laramie to visit my son for Thanksgiving. The house is exactly as advertised. I was worried the house would be cold when I got there, but the heater was already turned on. Wind chills dipped below 0 on the trip, but the house was toasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, there was the smell of gas. We immediately turned on the A/C unit and fan to air out the area. There is a 20" tear in the ceiling where the paint has peeled, and dry wall is exposed. Returned another day to sewer smell. The bathtub had black dirt scattered across the surface. This is a basement apartment with low claustrophic feeling ceiling space. Additionally, not enough space on right side of bed to walk freely as wall extends into space.

This area is unrepaired maintenance.

Exactly what was advertised.

This is a very small basement apartment in an old house. The host worked hard to make it nice, but it is old. The house was very clean, the check in procedure was perfect. It is not fancy, but it was exactly what was advertised a decent room at a very good price near downtown and the university. I would definitely use the place again. If you want a fancy place go pay double or more money elsewhere. If you want simple, clean and cheap, this is your place.

Great place close to campus

Everything was as described and clean. Check in and communication was great. We loved being close to downtown and to the University of Wyoming. We would definitely stay here again.
