We loved staying in this house, it fit our family perfectly. Great view, great kitchen with all the tools you need, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, so close to the beach. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect in every way!

View is amazing! Every amenity is available at the house. Mornings in the hot tub looking at the ocean is incredible! The Blackstone was fun to make smash burgers for dinner! Comfortable bed and shower view in master is the best! Easy drive to local restaurants. Loved everything about it! We’ll be back!

Sensational!

The house is an absolute dream, beautifully furnished in a wonderful and safe location overlooking the sea. The house corresponds 100% to the description, and we liked it even more in reality than in the pictures. The contact with the hosts was exceptional, short response times and a great willingness to help in all matters. My family and I agreed that we would have loved to stay there forever.

Wonderful Memories

I cannot say enough good things about the property and Helen and John. My family of 5 came out to Carlsbad for a wedding that all the kids stood up in, and after staying at Helen and a John’s home we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The house was fully stocked with everything you’d need. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The hot tub was a family favorite. It was close to beaches and restaurants and grocery stores. The views were amazing! We had a hiccup the first day with a fuse but John and Helen immediately took care of it and we settled quickly. I asked the kids and they said vacation was a 10-10! Cannot recommend enough…and can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful home

Helen's home is beautiful, comfortable with a feeling of home the minute you walk through the door. The furnishings are nice, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you would ever need and the beds are very comfortable. We did not want to leave, enjoyed the outdoor space, grilled often and used the community pool as well. The only thing I would note is we were in Carlsbad during a bit of a heat wave and the house does not have central air conditioning. The primary bedroom has an air conditioner but it is quite loud when we had to use. We made due with fans and open windows but this would not stop us for renting the house again, we had a wonderful experience in a great location.

Perfect family weekend

We had a wonderful Stay in Carlsbad. The house was clean and bright and well located! The hosts were so helpful and available anytime we had a question. We look forward to renting again in the future!

Carslbad Family Vacation

This is a great property- clean, spacious, safe, close to freeway, and shopping centers. Moonlight beach, Legoland, Carlsbad beaches, Carlsbad Village and Oceanside Pier just a short drive away. Ralphs geoceries and Coscto nearby too. The house has a nice green backyard with spa, barbecue and fire pit. Community pool too. We visited in June, the weather was perfect.

John is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic and together we run our family business with our 3 amazing daughters and love making new memories with our 2 grand daughters. This property has been a wonderful way to enjoy our passion for updating and remodeling homes. We also do a lot of traveling ourselves and truly know the value of arriving at your destination to a place that is clean & safe and, furthermore, having the expectations for your vacation exceeded! We hope to do that for you :)
