7 Bedroom 7 Bath home sleeps 23 in Branson. Located in Chateau Mountain which has an outdoor pool, indoor pool (coming late 2021), basketball court, and food truck.

This is one of the most custom vacation rentals you will find in Branson. There are so many custom features and upgrades throughout the home we know you will love! 6 masters and 7th bedroom has bathroom right outside the door. As you walk in the home you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. The back of house is a wall of windows with a custom 12 foot folding window in dining room that opens up to outdoor screened in deck with bar to set at!! Main level deck is amazing with plenty of seating. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen, dining, and living room. Living area has fireplace and big screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group. Did I mention the cool catwalk on the upper level which leads to a 3rd level deck with breathtaking views. The lower level has pool table, theater with surround sound, and kitchenette area. Lower level leads to another deck with lake views and hot tub - all three decks have breathtaking views. Lower level deck is extended for firepit area along with one of the only homes in Chateau Mountain with private dedicated side space for outdoor activities. There is no home to the right of our lodge. Plenty of parking out front and one of the closest houses to overflow parking and pool area. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - (2) King Bedrooms with a twin in one of the bedrooms

Upper Level - (1) 2 - Queen Bedrooms, (1) Bedroom with awesome built in bunks that feature (2) full over Kings.

Lower Level - (3) King Bedrooms

All bedrooms have smart TVs

Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials along with supplying toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, laundry soap, and coffee. I provide great customer service as noted in reviews of my other properties # 4795283, 9129765, 7845872, 7702150, and 2122816

This property was awesome!! Very well equipped with 2 refrigerators, more than enough utensils, cups, pans, etc. For a bonus, it was also stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and much much more!! The teenagers had a blast playing pool, golf, and hanging out on the balconies on all three levels. The location was great! It was very close to the community pools, playground, pickle ball and basketball courts.

We had a family reunion at this property, which was perfect! We had members from 2 to 82 and everyone had a great time! Nice to have rooms with ensuite baths, and a kitchen that was well stocked with equipment to cook several meals. The view from the deck to the lake was outstanding! Plenty of parking for everyone. The host was very accomodating and responded very quickly to any questions.

Family Treat in Branson

The Caddy Shack is an excellent place to enjoy time with family. The amenities were good except the outdoor pool is too small. We also recommend another pickle ball court be built. This is an upcoming sport so the one court was very busy. The cleanliness was down graded due to spider webs in the lights over the kitchen bar. Also the middle deck screens were very dirty. However, we would stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Great stay with the family

The house was just as described. Everyone had their own space (& bathroom) with great views of Table Rock Lake. The 2 bedrooms in the main floor were great too. They gave my wife and I a room directly across the hallway from my aging parents and kept them on the main floor with no steps. The 3 decks were excellent and gave everyone a nice place to drink their morning coffee and admire the views. It is a beautiful home and will tell my friends.

Great Weekend with Family and Friends

Fantastic

This place was awesome and plenty of room for our family of 15. It was very clean and we'll equipped. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and the patio and decks with awesome views of Table Rock Lake.

This place was perfect for our family trip. Location was great house was great. Each room except for one has its own private full bathroom. Great for multi-family. Communication with property manager was great and helpful. Loved our week here and would definitely return.

Beautiful property, super clean

My family and I loved staying here. The house was very clean, great layout for families, fun ways to spend time in the house. The kitchen could use a few new casserole dishes and cookie pans but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely experience here

2023 Family Vacation

Beautiful home . The kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of dishes and glassware. Pickle ball court across the driveway and was always busy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

Lots of room for our family reunion. Kids loved the pool table and put put golf. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Had some issues with TV’s but messaged about it and had help right away. Very responsive communication. Everyone loved the gorgeous view of Table Rock. Would definitely recommend staying here.

50 year family celebration

We celebrated 50 years of marriage with our four sons and their families . . . 21 people total. The Caddy Shack was perfect in size and location for us. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from all three decks was fabulous! The pool across the street was very much appreciated in 90+ degree weather. The host addressed our questions and needs in a friendly manner. Enjoyed Table Rock Lake and many Branson activities! Fun area for families!

Wonderful family vacation

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and the perfect house for our family vacation of 12. The views of the lake were very calming and peaceful sitting on any of the decks, enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the hot tub after a busy action filled day. There was plenty of room for all to be together or for everyone to have their own space, especially everyone’s own bathroom. From the outside grill to kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, the house provided all of our needs. Everyone enjoyed the putting green & the pool table. It was a memorable and enjoyable week on our first visit to Branson.

Favorite Table Rock Property 10 out of 10 stars

We stayed in The Caddy Shack for a long weekend with friends and family and felt spoiled from start to finish. The property is located in a new development with perfect location and lakeview! House was very clean and very well stocked. Beds were so comfortable and asked Cindy where she purchased. The houses amenities from the pool table, theater area, firepit, and hot tub kept us entertained all weekend that there was really no need to leave the property. The folding window in kitchen allowed us to enjoy the cool summer nights and gather around bar with our big group. Branson attractions are only about 5-15 minute away. Cindy's customer service was above and beyond and we will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Absolutley amazing!

This house was beautiful and the views were wonderful! Upon arriving, we had a couple of issues that the property manager quickly fixed and even made a special delivery of Hurts Donuts for us for our troubles (which weren't even really troubles) She was very prompt at returning messages and wonderful to work with. The home is huge and had so many fun things to do. Every bed in the house was so extremely comfortable. The best beds I have ever slept in away from home. The pillows were also great. The house was fully stocked with more than enough toilet paper, paper towels etc. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would recommend to anyone and everyone and cannot wait to come back and stay again!
