The Closeness to the beach.Bedrooms were a little tight and the bathrooms were small but we made it work.Parking was a challenging but again it worked out at the end.We loved the area!

The condo was great!! Very clean and a great location! Host was super responsive and helpful even sending another owner over bc the tv wouldn’t work. He got it fixed! The location Was amazing- steps to the beach and to local restaurants. Pool is just outside the condo. The condo was well furnished and the bed was really comfortable!There is a lot of construction going on here so it was a bit noisy at times but we would definitely go back!

Wonderful location!

The location of this place can't be beat. It is just steps to the beach and there is a lovely patio area for viewing sunsets. Highlights of the area included Stump pass park and the Lock n Key restaurant right across the street that we enjoyed.

Great Location and Nice Remodel

Really loved our stay. Perfect area to walk to restaurants. The beach and pool were great to rotate. The unit was nicely decorated and looked very new. Also, appreciated communicating with the owner. She was super responsive.

Amazing!

This condo had everything we needed . Most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in while on a get away. Beach access and pool were wonderful. Also restaurants were just a walk away. We are looking to book this condo again next summer. Can’t say enough good things. They have everything you need. Thank you!!

Absolute Paradise

Absolutely adorable beachfront villa! Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the huge windows. Restaurants across the street and a little market for any needs. You can park your car and never get back in it till you need to leave if you want! Perfect location. Feels like home and vacation at the same time. We will be going back and staying at Sunny Side Up for sure!

Fantastic Apartment

The property was great. The apartment was comfortable, well stocked, the view was fantastic, close to restaurants and Publix. The wi-if was strong. My only complaint, that is out of everyone’s control was the red tide, it prevented us from ever being able to go into the beach or even being able to sit by the beach.

Beautiful location

We were all very satisfied with our stay. Loved that it was updated, clean, and stocked with just about everything you could need. So close to the beach!! Only thing I would suggest is to clean the washing machine. Noticed mold along the rubber seal which is very common, I know. But overall we would definitely stay here again, especially in 13D since it was updated and modern. Definitely recommend!!

Under construction, literally

A day after booking I received a message to “watch out for nails” because the site is under construction; that is something that should be disclosed prior in the rental description. There was a construction worker cutting boards with a circular saw… Also the booking process waits until the day before arrival to explain the check in process which was stressful. Great location, clean bathrooms.

“Castaway Your Cares”

Sunny Side Up is a great escape/vacation with a family atmosphere. This unit while it is tucked amongst the units, is hands down the best. You have ocean view, shade due to it being a bottom floor unit, beside the pool, outdoor gazebo-covered shelter, grills, and personal parking. All guests were super friendly and appeared to be repeat visitors which sends a statement in itself. Be prepared for hot as that it is, but the beach, shells, sharks teeth, and sunsets made this a wonderful trip of memories. Debbie Cloer

Exactly As Shown

The property was more then expected more importantly is that the photo’s depicted the property inside perfectly. The property was clean and felt like home. The beach was steps away and was it’s own oasis. To top it off, a beautiful pool right outside the door. A very quiet atmosphere in a quaint setting. We will be back again!

Best trip

This was a spring break trip for my family of four with two daughters (10+13). We had a blast. The area has a ton to do! This unit was outstanding and probably the best in our opinion. Tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a fun beach vacation including cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards etc. We hope to be back next year!
