Island House is your home away from home for pure relaxation, refreshment, and rejuvenation. From sun-up to well past sundown; from glowing morning skies to saturated ocean sunsets and sparkling starry nights, Island House is your special place to let all stresses fly away. Sipping morning coffee or tea on the beach deck while drinking in views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf….strolling along miles of pristine white sands on Manasota Key….watching playful dolphins, exotic birds and endangered turtles….basking in the sun….playing in the waves…what quiet moments and pleasant memories await!

Directly on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, Island House is a privately owned vacation rental of six fully furnished apartments–three upstairs and three on the ground floor. This is a non-smoking property. All units have full kitchens including stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils! A barbecue grill is available outside for all guests to share.
Units one and four have a direct view of the beach - the other units do not really have a view - you can see parts of the beach from the Master bedroom. But you are still only feet away from the beach as soon as you step outside your room - at a much lower rate than the oceanfront units.
