Gulf Side Condo nada entre tú y la playa!

Este es un condominio lado del golfo recientemente actualizada, no hay nada entre usted y la playa. Oficialmente se trata de un solo dormitorio inferior nivel condominio sin embargo, duerme cuatro y cincuenta y seis con un segundo dormitorio dividido y un sofá cama. Abre el armario de la planta baja agarrar unas tablas de surf proporcionadas y usted puede estar en una playa privada en menos de un minuto. Nuestros apartamentos son debían privada pero incluyen un administrador en el lugar para asegurar que su estancia sea agradable. El acceso a la bahía también está disponible con muelles en barco por orden de llegada. A climatizadas piscina y barbacoa vistas de la bahía de limón. Nueva cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Grandes televisión de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorio principal. Internet wi-fi siempre encendido. Teléfono incluye larga distancia local y nacional.

The condo is in an excellent location, great beach access. Only 2 rolls of very cheap toilet paper were provided, and only the trash bag in the trash bin. Kind of unfavorable for a week long stay. When paying a significant amount to stay, you would not think you would need to provide those very basic items for yourself. That is my only complaint.

Nice place on the beach.

Bed was very comfortable and the beach was steps away. We had what we needed to cook dinner and check out list was easy to find.

Absolutely stunning.

We have stayed in many Sunburst condos in Manasota Key and this one was just as nice as the others. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and many other helpful beach items

Wonderful

The apartment had everything we needed . Full kitchen , extra towels and blankets , beach chairs . Communication with the owner was easy and quick to respond to any questions and concerns . Pool was across the road but easy to get to . Beach was right down the driveway . Great place to stay .

This trip was cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled check in. We were coming from Pa & NY!!

No necessary communication with owner and lack of consideration by canceling with such short notice, cost us precious time and expense with no consideration given by owner or any attempt to make good!

Stay was ok

Place was clean but hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool down. It was definitely outdated and could use some new furniture. You couldn’t turn the air down below 72 degrees and when you left to go somewhere, when you came back house was hot again. When you are outside in the sweltering heat you want to step in a cool house. It was never cool. Check in and check out was easy enough.

Great place to stay!!

This condo had everything you could have ever needed! It was fresh and clean and well appointed ! Loved that we didn't have to carry a key with us to the beach! The beach was private and beautiful!! It was nice to have beach chairs available as well as beach towels. You could see the ocean from the room even though the condo itself isn't facing the ocean and it did not matter because we didn't stay in the room anyway. The kitchen was well-equipped. This allowed us to cook breakfast and lunch daily. We enjoyed the local restaurants that were very close for dinner . Being a one bedroom the space was very roomy for three women to share because there was a pull out couch and the extra Day bed which was in a room that could be separated from everyone. We loved it! We will definitely be coming back again

Perfect location for a beach vacation

Perfect location with easy access to the beach, pool, and fishing. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is right on the beach this is the place for you. You get to experience the beach without being surrounded by a ton of tourists. It’s a wonderful, small town beach condo.

Improvements needed

We've stayed in this general area many times. Spoke with other guests who didn't have complaints. I read a review before booking that said they would stay at this condominium again but never this unit. I thought since there were SOME reviews that pointed out areas of improvements those things would've been improved upon, but that's not the case. We arrived for a later check-in. It became evident throughout our stay that this place was never properly cleaned. Hair ties and false eyelashes in the bathroom. Goldfish and popcorn from previous tenants in living room. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes etc. Not well stocked with paper towels (1 small roll) garbage bag(just the 1 in the can) hand soap or toilet paper. Shower curtain was moldy and crusted together! Called real estate company that over sees property and their solution to no garbage bags was for me to drive to them and pick up a couple from their office. Although better than telling me to go buy my own, our day was planned and I didn't want to interrupt it to do that so I ended up buying my own later that evening (when I had planned to drive down to the stores/restaurants). My choice I know but shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Location is wonderful. Pool area is very nice.

Great location for the price

Just a short walk to the beach. It was great strolling up and down the beach, any time of the day collecting shells. Me, my daughter and granddaughter had a great time bonding. Thak you for an unforgettable experience!

Christmas vacation 2021

We really enjoyed the gulf side and the beach. The pool was out of commission for a few days because of a storm that passed through. The kids were kinda upset but luckily it was nice enough for the beach. The beach chairs and toys will probably need to be replaced soon. They had beach towels to use so that was nice. The ceiling fans in all the rooms NEED to be replaced very soon. The 2nd bedroom one makes terrible sounds. The living room one won't turn off unless you unplug it. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, I mentioned on our review with the realty company that baking sheets are needed. We will stay in the complex again but probably not in this unit. The other guests that were there during our time made the trip great for us adults and kids.

Our family purchased the condominium in July of 2012. We have another condo in Punta Gorda and love Southwest FL. We have been looking for a place on the beach when we found this unit. Our family enjoys vacationing in SW FL because there is so much to do and you don't have to do anything to enjoy it.

You won't find a better value with a location like this. A very short walk will put you right on the beach. Everything you need to have a great trip is here. Many restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. A beach canopy and ice chest are provided in the storage closet along with boogie boards. Great place to search for shark teeth and shells. A covered parking spot will keep you vehicle cool and protected. The pool is heated and has a beautiful view of the bay.

Privately owned with care and touch noticeable in the decor and furnishing however onsite manager available to help with any problems. Plus you can be on the beach in minutes.
