Cute and clean one bedroom, one bath just minutes to the white sand Siesta Key Beach number ONE in USA . Close to shopping and restaurants. With a cute retro mini fridge with freezer and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, chairs and umbrella that you can take to beach. 🏖 beautiful place to be.
This 11ft x 15ft room is attached to the side of the main house but is totally private, no connection with the main house with a private entrance. Parking is right outside your door. Washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

No smoking, no Drugs.

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay very much. We travel from out of state and this is very close to our daughter, makes it easy to visit with family while habing a privae space. This location was clean, quiet, and was well stocked with complementary items. It was exactly as advertised and we would stay again.

Girl’s Trip

I love this little place! This is the 2nd time I have stayed here, and I’m sure I will be coming back next year. It is very clean & cozy. Perfect for 2 people. The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It is a short drive to beaches, stores, & restaurants. Had a great time again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was well taken care of. The room(s) were cozy and so cute. Very comfortable bed. Loved that there was a full washer and dryer. The host provided snacks and pop and water in the refrigerator .There were beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella- all for the guests to use. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely and cozy

This was our 2nd stay at Vykky’s place. It’s small but perfectly appointed for what we needed. We had a private parking space under a shaded carport. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Very well located for travel to beaches and downtown. The bed was comfy. Everything you would need was there for us without any sense of clutter. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels! Snacks, sodas, coffee pods! We will definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

Upon check in, I had missed my email from the host giving me the code to get in. However, she has cameras and could see me arrive and called me immediately with assistance. From there on, we texted anytime we had a question. It was very easy. The property was very home-like and comfortable. It was also EXTREMELY clean and had so many extra amenities, goodies and surprises. (I won't ruin it for you) She really spoils her guests! She has thought of everything to make your stay feel at home and be very convenient. She even includes some things that you may have forgotten. The room is connected to her house but you cannot hear anyone in the house. The smart TV made it easy for us to log into our apps and watch our own shows. We especially loved that it has a medium (not mini) sized fridge, microwave, full sized washer/dryer and Keurig coffee maker. I brought some of my favorite coffee pods with me. She even had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which was a tremendous help. The only suggestion I would make is to add a couple of firm pillows for those of us with bad necks.

A Cozy and Comfortable Stay

The Villa Flora stay was very clean and comfortable. Vykky was so accommodating. The room and fridge were full of amenities that made our stay more comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. Definitely would recommend.

Small but good bed and shower and laundry

Just what I needed for my visit to local family. Everything works. There's no local thermostat control but the host agreed to set the temperature for me when I asked. The snacks and drinks provided were welcome. The shower is nice, the pressure just ok. There was a cleaning or deodorizer smell when I arrived that went away with opening the windows, most of which have screens. The bed was firm and I had multiple pillow options, both of which I really appreciated. I never saw another person my whole stay, though I assume someone lives in the adjoining house because cars would come and go.

Everything is absolutely above and beyond with this little get away! Comfortable, 5 star amenities, full washer dryer, everything you need is there in this perfect little space! If it is just me or one other person I will try to stay here everytime!

Vykky was a great host. I was in the area for surgery and I came by myself. I was really grateful when Vykky offered to take me to the surgical center. It was a great place to recover post surgery. Very quiet.
