Available April 2026 after renting it for two years to a displaced family of the Lahaina fires. We lost our Premier Host status due to no bookings for two years but we pride ourselves on exceptional hosting at this beautiful property.
Kahana offers a stunning beachfront haven. This stunning 3-bedroom condo offers a luxurious home-away-from-home experience, just minutes away from the breathtaking Kaanapali Beach and the serene Napili Bay. Relax by the sparkling outdoor pool, surf the waves, or explore the vibrant Whalers Village, all within easy reach.

Inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV, or enjoy a movie night with the DVD player and video library. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and keep your clothes fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer.

Amazing Stay

This 3 bed/Bath condo is stocked with everything one needs and more, very cozy, the view is outstanding, the pool and access to the beach is right there. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. thank you so much for making the stay easy for us.

Great for families.

This was a great property for families with young children to stay at. Both the pool and the small beach were so close to the property and the location overall was great. The property had lots of amenities for children which made our stay quite comfortable. We would definitely consider coming back and staying here again and would recommend this to everyone.

It was a lovely vacation in a wonderful location.

During our stay we had everything we needed, we were very comfortable and were thrilled with the location. We were a little farther north than we normally have been and found we very much like this area of the island. We have many great memories from this trip overall and our stay here was truly wonderful! We would definitely book this again on a future trip.

Right on a nice small beach that is not crowded. Watched turtles and whales from the beach. Swimming pool and grill right out the door. Close to shopping, dining, golf, hiking, beaches or most things to do.

This property was furnished just like a real home. Every cabinet was stocked, all beach supplies there and great comfort overall. Owner was terrific to work with.Would love to stay there again.

Family Fun in Maui

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was perfect. The grandkids had fun at the pool or the beach every day. Everything we needed was provided for us and then some. Donn and Carolyn have made sure that this is the perfect place to stay in Maui.

Beautiful Convenient Spot!

We had a lovely time with my elderly father and other family at the condo! Great layout and plenty of space. Short walk to a very private and lovely beach. Friendly neighbors. Would definitely go back!

Perfect location!!!

We were super happy with this condo. The location was great. Never any traffic and not far from everything we did. The condo really is steps from the beach. It was awesome to have all the chairs and boogie boards, it made our trips to the beach super easy. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect location and a beautiful property.

Wonderful property!

We had a great stay at the Kahana Outrigger! Pool and ocean just steps from the lanai, what could be better? Plenty of space for 3 adults and 4 kids, and we had everything we needed right there in the condo. Interactions with Heather, the property manager, were prompt and pleasant. We hope to make a return trip in the future!

We own a Winery, 120 acre Estate Pinot Noir vineyard in the Magestic Columbia River Gorge. We love hospitality. We have three children and three grandchildren. We wanted a winter home that could comfortably accommodate our extended family. During many past vacations we too often found rental condos to be disappointing-inadequately furnished and pools equipped, and not at all what had been advertised.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

In January of 2021 we went to Maui to look for a place. Our criteria: sandy oceanfront, safe reef protected beach, no strong shore break for swimming, truly close to the beach with no road to cross, a quiet location, no high-rises, spacious three bedrooms, no stairs, and quality design. Our Kahana Outrigger main floor Condo is a "real standout" in all categories!

The former owners who we know began renovations from 2011 through 2016 and reequipped and refurnished the Condo. in 2020 and 2021 the entire exterior of the Kahana Outrigger units were resided and there is new decking on the Lanais. The entire exterior is brand new! Our guests enjoy the same things we appreciate. Repeat guests have come to celebrate family weddings, anniversaries and special birthdays. Please let us know about your special occasion!

Location location location!!! Quality furnishings and equipment, superior cleaning. Great for allergy sufferers. Elegant tile floors throughout (no carpet). Bedrooms have smooth surface wood furniture, no dust collecting wicker or rattan. All Condo laundry is done in-house with hypoallergenic laundry products that we also provide for guest use.
