Adventure awaits at this spacious and secluded family friendly cabin located in Payson, AZ! Just minutes from the convenience of restaurants and shopping but tucked back in a small horse community on a private acre lot. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around deck or one of the two large fenced yards, perfect for little ones to run around.

This spacious yet cozy 2200+ sq ft, 4 bedroom cabin features all of the amenities you need in a home away from home! Complete with central air and heat, WIFI, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Vaulted exposed wood ceilings and several skylights in common areas allow for plenty of natural light. Smart TVs with Netflix/Disney+ in all four bedrooms and living room for your convenience. Den and cozy loft area are great for family fun and fully stocked for game nights.

The only thing I would complain about is the shower in the common area was super small. Other than that everything else was wonderful. It was very clean beds were great. The pics don’t due it justice it was very comfortable for the 8 people and one te year old we had. Plenty of stuff to do in back yard. The front patio that wraps around to back yard was very nice. Wonderful with the Christmas decor was awesome. I would definitely book this place again for sure! The host was amazing and very helpfully. From booking to checking and check out was very simple process.

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving Getaway in Payson! The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean! My nieces and nephews love to play on the play Ground in the backyard. Tina and Kevin were very responsive to me and issues that we had and we would recommend staying here!

Perfect House

This house had everything we needed for our stay. It had a perfect amount of rooms and a perfect amount of space. It’s beautiful and the property is beautiful. The rooms are all a good size. Three of the rooms had king beds - awesome! The deck is a great place to hang out. Elk walked right by the property fence line most mornings. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this house.

Cozy Kid Friendly Place in Payson

My wife, toddler, and I loved our stay at this property! The property was clean, easily accessible, and very kid friendly. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator and communicated it with the owner. She was very responsive and helpful. We would rebook this property again next time we stay up in Payson.

4th of July!

A fantastic home tucked away in Star Valley but super close to everything Payson. We headed up for the 4th of July week and the house was decorated, very festive for the 4th! The house is exactly as advertised, we had 4 generations gathered throughout the week and everyone enjoyed it very much! This house HAS EVERYTHING you need and then some! The beds are so comfortable and plenty of tv's for downtime at night. My grandsons enjoyed playing in the little nook up top, and loved the entire backyard! Nearby was an amazing little water park for the kids, not to mention a quick drive to East Verde Estates where my 5 snd 3 year old grandsons had a blast by a small river! 4th of July fireworks were super fun, we watched from the golf course. Amazing home, thank you so much!

Comfortable get away

This house was an awesome comfortable get away. Easy drive, easy parking, the kids things in the closet made this seamless just like we were home. This was a large home with plenty of space, big kitchen and great play area for the kids. We appreciated the different coffees and teas in the kitchen cabinets. No issues at all with out stay and we will definitely be back.

Snow day

We went to the cabin in search of snow and found it! Our kids 4-7 years old loved the loft, playroom and backyard. Had a blast sledding and visiting the horses. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience for family and children!

We truly loved our stay at this home. There is a play set outside for the kids, along with many kids toys and accessories. The host makes it a truly enjoyable experience with proactive outreach. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The property was beautiful. Spacious, where kids had there own area, outdoor area was great, saw some elk and had to go see horses everyday. This home is ideal for families with children, private, fenced in area outside and beautiful deck area, sleeps 10 comfortably, anyone traveling to AZ I highly reccomend this home, you won't be dissappointed

Amazing

I can't even explain how amazing our time was here. The property manager was absolutely amazing. She was the most accommodating and wonderful host that made our trip the best it could possibly be. The location was perfect. We saw so many elk and wildlife. We fed horses and hiked. The house was magnificent! A dream come true. I highly recommend this for anyone. Our family loved everything about it. There was not one single thing we didn't like and that's saying a lot with a family of 8! Best place we've stayed at by far and we take a lot of trips using VRBO.

Payson Rodeo!

This property worked great for us. It's close to town, but you feel like you're in the country. The owners provide most everything you need, including a few bottles of water and some snacks! I would definitely recommend this property, and will book it again in the future.

Family time

it was a really nice place to visit and stay. The cabin inside is very pretty and well laid out. The yard with the swing set & fort were wonderful for our 2 grandkids (ages 5 & 2). We all had fun walking in the morning to see all the horses. We were disappointed that it was so hot but the weather can't be controlled!

Very comfortable

Super clean, lots of nice touches like a basket of snacks and water for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all the dishes, pots and pans you would ever need. There was no shortage of supplies which not all VRBO are always real generous with. Lots of stuff provided for kid’s enjoyment. Even though it was cold, our Grandsons enjoyed playing basketball and baseball outside. Bonus, we saw Elk which we loved!

Beautiful Cabin

This is such a great place for families. There’s plenty of room for the kids to play indoors and out. Comfortable with a large kitchen that’s fun cook in and plenty of room for the family to share meals together. This cabin lacks nothing. Literally any small comfort you can think of is there. You will love this retreat!

Secluded and huge!

We love our visit to the Big Cozy Cabin! The size was perfect for our extended family vacation and it was amazingly appointed with everything we needed. The location is secluded yet convenient to everything in Payson. Christina was a spectacular host and very responsive.

Family Adventure

Our family had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cabin. The home had everything you need, and then some! We were very comfortable inside and outside. Christina was great and organized. It made everything smooth and worry-free. We have already recommended it to others!

We are both Arizona natives who love this state and being outdoors as much as possible. This home is only a short drive from the Valley but far enough away to escape the city hustle (and the heat)!

We love spending time at our cabin with our family and hope you do too! It was originally built in 1978 as a two bedroom home. Several years ago, the previous owners added three addition bedrooms and turned the second bedroom into a den. We are slowly making additional upgrades and are so happy to be able to share it with guests like you.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home sits on an acre lot which has a natural wash running through it. Elk make their way through the wash a few times per day so we fenced the yard to keep it safer for little ones. We are also tucked back in a small horse community and are surrounded by beautiful horses which we enjoy taking walks to visit.
