Maui Banyan T209 offers the perfect Hawaiian getaway! Enjoy the gorgeous garden and Haleakala views!

As you enter, you are greeted by an open and inviting floor plan! The kitchen has been nicely updated and is equipped with everything you will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. With a quaint dining area and seating for four. The breakfast bar offers additional seating.

The welcoming living area is a great place to kick up your feet and relax on the brand new (4/2024) sofa after a fun-filled day on Maui! Large flat-screen TV and window unit air conditioning complete this open living space. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to a private lanai, with outdoor dining.

The Primary suite closes off perfectly from the living area. Boasting floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that provide access to a private lanai. Drift off to sleep in the cozy King bed. The Primary suite also has a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. There is a full bath with a shower just off the Primary bedroom.

Washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

This spacious unit is the perfect set up for families with older children or couples traveling together, with one half being a studio suite that can be locked off from the main unit.

This studio suite, or second bedroom, has a King bed, window AC, a small refrigerator, and a private lanai to enjoy a beautiful Maui morning. The bath offers an exquisite tile walk-in shower.

Maui Banyan is an enchanting property with 9 acres of lush tropical grounds, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, gas BBQ's, tennis court, and covered parking. This highly desired property is located right across the street from the very popular Kamaole Beach II. Spend your days soaking up the sun, snorkeling, surfing, or Whale watching (During Season December through mid-April).

Numerous dining options, shopping, and golf all within minutes.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Please note the T building does not have an elevator.

Great stay in Maui

Listing was very accurate. Condo had 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and great location. Highly recommend!

Minutes from beautiful beaches

Maui Banyon T209 was a lovely place to stay: clean well-managed property, lots of space for two couples, good kitchen for making meals, easy parking, beautiful gardens/grounds. The management team was very responsive when we had a problem with the kitchen sink drain mid-week & the problem was resolved in a timely way. The best part about this property for us was the easy access to ocean beaches - less than 5 minutes walk to get down to the ocean. The series of connected beaches were great for swimming, snorkeling, tide pool exploration and walking along the shore. We would recommend this condo.

Perfect location for a convenient family vacation

We had a great time at this unit in the Banyan (which we have stayed at before and really like). It was exactly as pictured, beds were very comfortable (memory-foam), there were three AC units, all amenities worked well and check-in/communication was wonderful. The unit is at the very back of the complex, nice and quiet and because it's at the end, has a beautiful sunrise (toward Haleakala) view. We hope to be back again!

Property was well equipped. My only complaint was the deposit process and getting the arrival info. Vrbo app said to expect these but they never showed up and I had to ask for them.

dirty on arrival. air conditioners full of dirt and mold. fridge that dripped water all over food .we had no cooling for two weeks. mold made me very sick. under doctors care. bug sprayers came into appartment without our permission. many more complaints

Great to be in Maui -- accommodation ok

The booking and response to questions during our stay were excellent. Received an email with great information for accessing the unit and what to do when vacating. I appreciated the quick replies to text messages after we arrived when there was confusion about the TV and no key for the safe. The 2-bedroom unit does provide space for 2 couples. There are lots of towels in the bathrooms, and the kitchen is nicely appointed with cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, and serving dishes. The following items were the negatives: soft bed, cramped toilet area, angle of the kitchen island was difficult for opening the refrigerator door, no elevator to floors 2 and 3, veneer is pulling away from some of the cabinetry, furniture in the sitting area is a bit worn. We paid for a late checkout but were not told the door code would change. We've stayed at the Maui Banyan in Kihei a number of times, so we are familiar with the varied conditions of the units. I would rate this one as "good to OK."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property in Nov/Dec 2021. We did not ever meet or speak to the property owners in person as we had all the necessary information. The 2 king beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2 separate bathrooms for each couple. The decorations are dated, but we didn't travel to Hawaii to stay in our unit. There were 4 nice beach chairs, 4 full snorkel gear, beach towels and a small cooler which was much appreciated. This was the last complex in the unit so the farthest away from the beach, but still only a 5-8 minute walk. The 2 pools with hot tubs were small and very basic, but totally sufficient for our stay. The only issue was we were given the wrong parking stall # to park in and so had a note left on our car. However, we were able to find parking closer to the unit anyways. It was certainly a centralized and convenient location if you are looking to stay in Kihei.

Great location and complex but some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aston Banyon is a well maintained complex with 2 pools that attracted a lot of kids so donˋt expect a quiet snooze by the pool. Their were ots of BBQs so one never had to wait for someone to finish. They all looked brand new and were cleaned spotless every day although if you are using them, please clean up after yourself. Our unit was a 2 bedroom managed by CB vacations. Overall quite good and well stocked but needed a bit of maintenance. We had an issue with the door when we first arrived as the combination was wrong. Not fun at 10pm and the building security was useless as they donˋt manage this unit. We also asked for cleaning supplies as none were provided. A swiffer but no pads or cleaning solution. No vaccum or way to clean the floors. Nothing to clean the sinks or toilet. As we were there for 2 weeks would have liked to clean the floors and bathrooms. When sending a note to the management company about this we were told it was the responsibility of the owners to supply this. Ok but someone should note this.

Great experience

Our 7 night stay was a dream! The place was clean with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, rooms were spacious and private with comfy beds and clean linens. The AC unit woke me up the first couple nights but I got used to it right away. We greatly appreciated the beach gear in the closet! Snorkel stuff, beach chairs, towels, games, and parasols! The BBQs outside the pool area were slightly broken but one of the groundkeepers noticed I was having trouble and came right over to jimmy one to get it to work and promptly came with his toolbox to fix the other. He was very kind, along with all the other staff we encountered. It would have been a nice extra if there were more spices stocked other than salt and pepper but we got creative and it worked out just fine. The washer and dryer in the unit was a win! Thank you to our hosts for making our time in Maui feel cozy, we're grateful for your hospitality. I highly recommend and would go back!

We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach as well as being centrally located to explore the rest of the island. BEAUTIFUL VIEW & PEACEFUL!

We loved this 2 bdroom unit! It was so clean the beds were comfortable. Everything that could be needed was in the kitchen. Sitting on the Lani was so calming, we had a great time and easy to relax. The shops and restraunts were very conveniente, I reccomend the cinnoman roll shop! The beach just a short walk and its beautiful and the snorkeling was great! I would rent this unit again.

Parking and Checkout unsatisfactory

The condo was nice with two masters. The kitchen was stocked with great pots and pans. Parking was a nightmare we called our 1st night reported our problem. We were supposed to have an assigned parking space we never did we have to move constantly. No accommodations for suitcases for late check out. We made our own arrangements at the main office. I felt there was no follow thur with any of our problems.

Amazing room with mountain views

Maui Banyan T209

It6 did not meet my expectations: Nwo , kitchen faucet was leaking 1 kitchen towel, 2 broken shelves in frig , both lanaiscecondo was not as clean as I keep my home. No A/C in second bedroom. Lanais had not been cleaned(I washed the tables and the cloth came away black). Dust bunnies in several places.
