Welcome to our charming abode with a captivating views! Nestled on a hill, this cozy cottage provides the perfect blend of privacy and proximity, Perfectly situated between the Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest. Enjoy in the tranquility of this retreat and the coziness of the home, while being close to the top outdoor areas. We are just under 5 minutes from Pisgah Forest, less than 10 minutes from Dupont State Forest, and about 10 minutes to Brevard Downtown, This area offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle, while being conveniently located to Brevard and the local forests.

Imagine waking up to the beauty of the mountain landscape, sipping your morning coffee on the front porch before embarking on adventures in the surrounding Brevard forests. Then coming back being able to enjoy sunsets on the front porch. Recently renovated, this house is tailor-made for a small family or two couples seeking comfort and style.

The House:
Our open floor concept provides ample space in the living room and kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, from pots and pans to spices and condiments. The home has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in both rooms. We have 1 full bath, as well as laundry access. The outside provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain range.

Relax in the living room with seating for six, featuring a television with live TV (YouTube TV) and streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, a streaming TV, and a private workstation. The second bedroom offers a queen bed as well.

Enjoy the privacy of our cottage on a low-traffic road, with a spacious outdoor area for kids to play while you grill on the back porch.

Indulge in the serene views from the porch and seize the opportunity to explore everything Brevard has to offer from our perfectly located haven. We extend our warmest invitation, wishing you a delightful stay filled with exciting adventures and tranquil moments!

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cute cottage. The views were amazing and the decor inside was done fabulously. It was a short drive to Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. I enjoyed soaking in the view with coffee on the front porch each morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back!

A quiet little house in the mountains

This house looked newly renovated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Its central location made it easy to visit several areas. Close to town but tucked away in a small quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting on the porch relaxing after a busy day to watch the sunset over the moutains.

We LOVED staying at this house! It was decorated so well, the beds and couch were extra comfy, and the view was spectacular! The check in and out processes were super simple as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Perfect location and cozy house.

This location is a great spot for anyone looking to explore the area. When your not out exploring, you can still enjoy the beautiful views of Brevard by simply stepping out the front door and enjoying the view from there - great for early morning coffee's and beautiful evening sunsets. This home was recently renovated and has an open floor concept, which provides tons of space in the living room & kitchen. All necessities for the kitchen are provided (pots, pans, spices, utensils, condiments). The living room offers 6 seats with a television with live tv (Youtube tv) and other streaming services like Netflix & Hulu. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a television (streaming tv) and a private work station. The 2nd BR has twin beds, which can easily be converted to 1 bed with our conversion kit. This cottage on a hill is a private location with a beautiful view, on a low traffic road. The outdoor area offers plenty of space for kids to play in the yard, while you grill on the back porch. Lastly, this house is positioned perfectly between Pisgah Forest and Dupont Forest. From the house, you can reach Pisgah Forest in 5 mins, Dupont Forest in 10 minutes, and Downtown Brevard in 10 minutes. Come soak in the views at this peaceful, private setting and fill your days adventuring everything Brevard has to offer with our perfect location.
