Enjoy the peaceful Gulf view and cool breezes from the covered deck of this beautiful well-furnished house, located in the family-friendly Emerald I subdivision. Start your mornings on the deck, perfect for a cup of coffee! When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away. Beach chairs for adults and small children, as well as boogie boards, are provided!

Your family will love this tastefully decorated, bright and cheery house. The television features satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and there is high speed internet for your convenience. Fish Tale Flats has a large living room and dining area, including a dining table that accommodates 8. The kitchen features a bar with 4 bar stools and plenty of cabinet space. It's well stocked with all the kitchenware you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is even a washer and dryer on the premises.

With over 1400 square feet, the home comfortably sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed, Roku TV and and ensuite bath with a large tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with Roku TV, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of full over full bunk beds. The bunk room television is internet-connected with Hulu and Netflix for your streaming accounts.

On the ground level, there is a great covered area that offers a tiki bar where you can relax with your family and friends, and barbecue on the charcoal grill. There is an outdoor fire pit with built-in seating for your enjoyment (firewood not included). You'll also love the outdoor shower when it's time to wash away the sand from a memorable beach day.

No need to pack heavy, as a starter supply of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet tissue, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided.

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

I was nervous due to some of the reviews. The master shower needed a little better wipe down but it was great! Clean, comfy and perfect location. The under part of the house was a great hang out area and kept clean and in great shape!

Reviewer Comments: We have never had a problem before but we had a few this time. It was obvious that the home had not been cleaned. The dishwasher was still full of dishes, there was empty snack wrappers in the living room floor. The reservation stated that we would have a starter pack, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There was not any of these things. I normally bring my own but since this was stated I did not.

This house is by far the best equipped house we have ever stayed in, they thought of everything. Very clean and we enjoyed the large dining table, the whole family was able to eat together. Will definitely stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fish Tale Flats has lots of potential! Nice amenities & location! The beds were very comfortable & the layout was very open & roomy! The downstairs had a nice area to hang out, including a fire pit. Nice proximity to the beach! Although, It could really use a deep cleaning. We found used & dirty pots, pans, & knives put away with the clean dishes. The dishwasher itself has a mildewed smell, & made the dishes actually smell bad after being ran through there. We were also not impressed with the linens that we were charged $100 for. For a cabin that sleeps twelve we were given one dish towel. The hand towels for the bathroom were so thin & rough, I thought they were kitchen rags at first. The bedroom with the bunk beds must be experiencing some type of electrical problem, as the light/fan would cut on by itself in the middle of the night & would not shut off.

Great house!

The house was wonderful. Spacious, clean, great location to the beach. The only odd thing was linens weren’t provided. We missed this communication on the original posting and didn’t see it until we were on our way. So we went to Walmart and bought sheets/towels for our stay - except the Walmart was over an hour away. It was a fun ferry ride, but felt like we could have had better communication about such. Outside of that little hiccup, the house was perfect. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
