Third bedroom can be used as an office or as another bedroom with a King size bed ,for3 bedroom total .
Located on prestigious Las Olas Blvd , Heated Pool, large Grill , 65 ++ Feet dock . Walking distance to the beach, Restaurants and Shops . All Utilities included to a montly average limit .
PLEASE NOTICE there is a $3.000 Security Deposit to be paid to owner before Check in . It has nothing to do with VRBO and they Won’t handle it. House keeping is required on all 2 + weeks rentals as extra charge. Also renters have to provide Picture ID of all persons staying . No last minute guest allowed. Everyone in the reservation must be registered , full names and Id picture , and all pets requested, $ $300 each .

Great Property, Great Host

This is a great home and my family and I really enjoyed our time there. The location is amazing, with an enjoyable walk to either the beach or Las Olas. The home is beautiful and comfortable, and my entire family did not want to leave. Juan is an amazing host, and truly cares about your stay. We will be back again! Thank you Juan!

Best VRBO Rental Ever

We stayed at Juan and Eduardo‘s home for a month in February and March. Because we were going to be there so long, we were hoping to find something that felt a little bit like home. This property exceeded our expectations and was a delightful place to spend a month. You cannot beat the location so convenient to Las Olas yet absolutely quiet. The house comes with all the creature comforts that you need. Juan and Eduardo were wonderful hosts constantly checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. This is a beautiful home, on a beautiful piece of property in a magnificent location of Fort Lauderdale. it is exceptionally well-maintained and was spotless when we arrived. We will be back..

Great location, comfortable house

You cannot beat the location of this house. It is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a waterfront view across the channel, and is just minutes’ walk from Las Olas Boulevard restaurants. You can admire the houses and yachts on your way to the beach, which is a little over a mile away. During our stay there was some noise from the construction work across the street, but otherwise the area is very peaceful. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the beautiful and private backyard with the large, covered patio shielding us from both the sun and rain. The barbeque was quite large for our family of three, so we did not end up using it during our stay. The pool is brand new, and we enjoyed the option to heat it during a cold spell (the guest needs to remember to turn the heating on/off during operation times of the pump). Juan is a wonderful host, very responsive, hands-on, and accommodated all our requests before and during our stay. He had lots of tips about things to do around the area and helped in arranging airport transportation for us. Our only suggestion would be to perhaps upgrade the sunbeds that were now fixed to a flat position. We would absolutely stay in this beautiful home again!

Highly recommend

My husband and I and our two kids recently stayed here. The house and grounds are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing stay while enjoying a beautiful outdoor space with a lovely pool. Juan was very attentive to our questions before and during our travel dates. He even dropped us to the airport which was very kind and appreciated. The home is close to the beach and the town - walking distance of about a mile either way. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others. We will definitely come back.

Incredible Location

Loved the location, 2 blocks from Las Olas and one mile from the beach. Really nice quiet street, lined with beautiful homes. The house was also the perfect size for us ,and our parents who visited for a few days. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Any questions that we had before or during our stay were quickly addressed by Juan, who was very responsive. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard that was peaceful and picturesque. The house is located on a canal on the intercostal. There’s a lovely patio with outdoor furniture and that’s where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and dinners in the evening. Also, a nice heated pool. We would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing vacation, you will not be disappointed.
